Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati and Allu Arjun’s historic stereoscopic film “Rudhramadevi” was released with the same title in Tamil too.

Here in Telugu the film gained a one-time watchable talk. Allu Arjun’s ‘Gona Ganna Reddy’ character had a huge response in the theatres across the Telugu states. Whereas in Tamil Nadu the scenario is quite opposite, Anushka’s character is gaining a positive in the Kollywood.

Since the dialogues here in Telugu were apt for ‘Gona Ganna Reddy’, whereas dialogues were the backdrops in Tamil. Anushka’s ‘Rudhramadevudu’ and ‘Rudhramadevi’ characters have perfect dialogues in Tamil.

Already, Anushka is a huge star across Tamil Nadu. Since ‘Arundathi,’ her movies did well at the Tamil Nadu box-office. Now, with ‘Rudhramadevi,’ her stardom has gone to new heights. The Tamil version saw a 20-minute cut and Chiranjeevi’s voice over got replaced by Nasser.

Allu Arjun as Gona Ganna Reddy hogged all the limelight in the much awaited historical film ‘Rudhramadevi’. Anushka Shetty, who played the warrior queen Rudramadevi in the film, was too praised for her performance.

Despite Rana Daggubati has essayed the role of Prince Chalukya Veerabhadra, his screen presence was limited to few scenes only. Rana was originally promised big screen presence but after roping in Bunny as Gona Ganna Reddy, much importance was given to that role, and Rana’s role was trimmed down.

As per sources, Rana is miffed with director cum producer Gunasekhar, and he is heard to be exhibiting his disappointment at his closed ones.

Rana Daggubati got the good appreciation for his role in the movie “Baahubali” as Bhallala Deva. In Rudhramadevi, Rana’s role is limited and Allu Arjun got the appreciation.

“Rudramadevi” Director Gunasekhar shed tears while speaking to media yesterday. The press meet was conducted yesterday evening for thanking Telangana Chief Minister KCR for exempting entertainment tax for “Rudramadevi.”

Speaking to the media, Gunasekhar said,“It was a kind and noble gesture from KCR. Such support is what makes such films.

Chief Minister said to me that ‘You are making a historical film. As the government, we are also responsible for supporting such film. Filmmakers like you and films like such are necessary to our society. Considering this film as a special case Telangana government is exempting “Rudramadevi” from entertainment tax.

We know that KCR has a good knowledge of the history of Telangana. He shared some history that he knew about Kakatiya dynasty with me. I was astonished by his knowledge towards history” said Gunasekhar.

Gunasekhar further added that “KCR garu has promised me that he along with his family will watch ‘Rudramadevi’ on Sunday.”

‘Rudramadevi’ that released today after many postponements, is gaining a mild positive talk.

Gunasekhar’s epic historical 3D Drama ‘Rudramadevi’ has finally hit screens today. It seems that the movie has become must watch not only for the dynamic role of Anushka as queen Rudramadevi and the larger than life sets of Gunasekhar. In Detail: Gunashekar’s historical 3D film “Rudhramadevi” is scheduled to release in other languages on the 9th as earlier announced. But in Tamil the movie will be released on 16th of October due to Vijay’s fantasy adventure “Puli.”

Thenandal Films that distributed “Puli” are also distributing “Rudhramadevi” in Tamil. Though Vijay’s “Puli” gained an average talk, collections turned out to be well at the box-office. To continue its collections, distributors postponed Rudhramadevi for a week. Since both the films are made on a huge budget and have technical aspects, distributors thought that 9th release will affect both the Rudhramadevi and Puli collections.

To avoid such completion distributors came up this plan of postponing the Tamil and releasing Rudhramadevi on 16th of October.

Rudhramadevi is directed by Gunashekar and is termed as India’s First Historical 3D Stereoscopic film. Apart from Tamil this movie will be releasing on 9th of October in Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.

Now the latest news is that Size Zero movie release postponed due to Rudhramadevi, which is hitting the screens worldwide on October 9th. However, there is no official confirmation from director Prakash Kovelamudi, who directed Size Zero.

Anushka’s Rudhramadevi release postponed several times and this time director Guna Sekhar is very confident to release the movie on October 9th. Size Zero movie director Prakash Kovelamudi also stated that the film will hit the theater screens on October 9th. However, both the movies release on the same day it will be problems for both the movies as per the collections and theaters also another problem. So, Kovelamudi Prakash is planning to postpone his Size Zero movie for next month.

In both the movies, Anusha Shetty played the main lead roles. Size Zero is also releasing in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Rudhramadevi is also releasing in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages.

Finally some development in the case of the missing ornaments from the Rani Rudramma Devi movie sets! Sources say the police have arrested three people in connection with the theft of the gold jewels which were appraised at around Rs 45 lacs.

Yes, according to reports, the police were in the process of questioning over 60 members of the film unit and others related connected with the incident, and have as of today, arrested a van driver, an employee of the jewel shop and another person on suspicion.

It is unclear at this point, if the van driver and the jewel shop employee are the same two people who were involved in the news with regard to the missing ornaments for the past few days.

The ornaments were a necessary part of the movie, though sources say it was more for Catherine, another actress than Anushka who is playing the lead in the movie.

To lend authenticity to the movie, these high value ornaments were flown in from Chennai from the jewellery owned by Anjaneya Shetty and Sons, and were returned after each schedule of filming.

Six schedules passed without incident and it was on the seventh schedule that Ravi Subramaniam, an employee of Anjaneya Shetty’s jewellery, brought in the jewels for filming and they went missing during the shoot from the van in which they were kept. Apparently, the driver went to have lunch and returned to find the plastic boxes which held the jewels empty.

The producers immediately filed a complaint at the Gachibowli police station, and the investigation has been ongoing… till now, that is.

We’ll have to wait and see if the jewels are recovered and if the police have, in fact, nabbed the real culprits. The days to come will unravel the mystery behind this crime that stunned the Tollywood industry and its fans.

“Rudrama Devi” ornaments missing case is still in the same position. The mystery on this missing case is still on progress and the curiosity is on peaks in the spectators to know the real story behind this aspect. Here is the missing story as per the reports from the film unit members.

Chennai’s Anjaneya Setti and Sons were sponsoring the ornaments to this flick. Whenever film unit asks for the ornaments, this company will send it through flight to the shooting location. Soon after the shooting, these ornaments will be returned back to the company with utmost care. Six schedules passed in the similar fashion and the seventh schedule needed the ornaments.

Hence, Ravi Subramanyam who works for Anjaneya Setti group gave the ornaments to the film unit on 19th of this month. These ornaments were packed in plastic boxes and were kept in the makeup van. After lunch break, when the film unit opened the boxes, they were found empty. Film unit members and the company executives rushed to the nearest Police Station and gave complaint. There was no clue, how these ornaments went out of scope. Hope, this mystery comes to an end in near future.

Talented and Logical director of Tollywood film industry Sukumar couldn’t hit the bulls’ eye in the last few years. On the other hand our Stylish Star Allu Arjun has been riding high, with his previous movies doing well. Right now he is busy shooting for “Rudrama Devi”.

There is also a movie lined up for him with Trivikram Srinivas. With the situation like this, we hear that the director Sukumar and the actor Allu Arjun, are teaming up for the third time to work for a film. Previously, Allu Arjun worked with Sukumar for the prestigious “Arya” series. This includes “Arya” and “Arya 2”. Both these ventures helped Sukumar as well as Allu Arjun to establish their own brand names.
