Megastar Chiranjeevi has announced that Thaman SS will score music for his next film.

Speaking at the pre-release meet of Allu Sirish starrer upcoming film ‘Srirasthu Subhamasthu’, megastar applauded the songs composed by Thaman for the romantic drama and announced that he will compose music for his 151st film. Thaman, who has already worked with almost all the top actors, was elated with Chiru’s offer. It may be noted that Thaman has composed exhilarating background score for Chiru’s cameo in ‘Bruce Lee’.

The shooting of Chiru’s 150th film is progressing at brisk pace. The film will hit screens for Sankranthi 2017. Kajal Aggarwal has come on board to romance Chiru.

Coming to Chiru’s 151st film, star directors Boyapati Sreenu and Puri Jagannath are in the race. Puri’s shelved project ‘Auto Jaani’ might be revived by Chiru.

Reddy, who has directed Chiru in the most number of films, had a few days ago, in an interview, said that people would not encourage if Chiranjeevi does message oriented movies. He even advised Chiru to make action and comedy films. His comments didn’t go well with mega fans, and it became a big controversy.

Chinni Krishna also said that Chiru’s 150 movie is like a Xerox and NBK’s Gautamiputra Satakarni is a historical film.
