Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film Kathilantodu is going to begin from tomorrow. The film is the much-talked project before getting on to the sets, and the only reason is Chiranjeevi himself. The film is the official remake of Kaththi. VV Vinayak is the director of the movie while Ram Charan is producing the film on his newly established Konidela Productions Company. As per the ongoing buzz, it is being heard that the movie is having three senior writers working on the dialogues version.

While Paruchuri Brothers are taking care of the major part, the other writer Sai Madhav Burra is writing emotional dialogues and Akula Siva is providing the comedy section. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director. The film is expected to hit the screens for Sankranthi next year.

​Meanwhile, ​the private launch event, held at Konidela Production Company’s office, was graced by Industry stalwarts Allu Arjun, Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, Naga Babu, Allu Arvind, Koratala Siva, Sharath Marar, Gemini Kiran, DVV Danayya, Tirupati Prasad, Paruchuri Venkateshwara and family members.

​The music will be composed by music sensation DSP and Rathnavelu take the onus of director of cinematography. The film is aimed to be a Pongal 2017 release. ​ The function was a candid and traditional affair with family and friends.

The hero, today on his Twitter profile shared a pic of his with Mega Star Chiranjeevi himself and brought joy in the Mega fans.

By using their hand gestures, Chiru and Varun have produced the number 150 and symbolically revealed that 150th film is going to be special and massive. “Get ready for massive #Chiru150,” Varun added a picture and shared. It would be more exciting if Chiranjeevi offers a small cameo role to Varun Tej as this combo is interesting to watch.
