It is already known that actor Naresh has been elected as the president of Movie Artist Association (MAA), about a month ago. He defeated Shivaji Raja to become the president. Later, Shivaji Raja made some insensitive comments on Naga Babu, who supported Naresh in the elections.

Naresh said, “Shivaji Raja has no right to make such comments on Naga Babu. Everyone who worked as the president of MAA, have done their bit for the welfare of the organization. Be it Shivaji Raja, Murali Mohan, Rajendra Prasad or Naga Babu. Ups and Downs are common in any term.”

“Shivaji Raja said that Naga Babu is physically challenged. I can assure that Naga Babu is physically alright and he even took part in the election campaign. Shivaji Raja also stated that Naga Babu is a miser. But it was Naga Babu who started giving out pensions when he was president. He also donated Rs. 6 lakhs to MAA when I contested as joint secretary,” he added. Naresh concluded by saying that Shivaji Raja should not make such harsh comments in the future.

Movie artists Association ‘MAA’ president elections have completed recently and Shivaji Raja faced a big defeat in this year. Even after the elections, MAA got involved in so many controversies.

Before the elections, Nagababu has openly supported Naresh Panel and stated that he is not happy with the president ship of Shivaji Raja. Now, after the elections, while talking about Nagababu, Shivaji Raja has stated that though they are good friends Nagababu has given him a gift by supporting Naresh and now it’s his turn to give a return gift. This created a sensation and everyone started thinking about what Shivaji Raja is going to give Nagababu as a return gift. As per the latest reports, Shivaji Raja is going to join the opposition party YSRCP. Rumors are coming out that Shivaji Raja is going to Narsapur parliament on 24th for the promotional campaigns and is much likely to join the YSR CP.

Also, Shivaji Raja is likely to extend his support to Raghu Rama Raju in that constituency. So some are commenting Shivaji Raja is doing this intentionally and this is the return gift he is going to give to Nagababu.

Speaking to the media, Shivaji Raja said that he is going to give a return gift to Naga Babu. At the same time, he responded to the allegations being made on him that he is not allowing Naresh to take the oath.

Shivaji Raja said, “It is false news that I am not allowing him to take the oath as a president. As per the law, I am still the president and my tenure will end on March 30th. There is nothing more to it.”

Shivaji Raja also said that he is always indebted to Mega Star Chiranjeevi.

It is known that ‘MAA’ elections have taken place recently and Naresh panel won the elections whereas Shivaji Raja and team faced a big failure. On this note, Shivaji Raja came out today in front of the media and made some shocking allegations on the opposition panel.

He stated that Naresh and panel have violated the rules by bringing up the situations that took place in the Movie Artists Association during the elections time. He stated that he joined the race only because of the people who supported him though he doesn’t want to participate in the elections and cleared the air by saying that me and Srikanth haven’t done any injustice to others. “I don’t like to cry but thinking about the hard work Srikanth and SV Krishna Reddy did for me is bringing tears in my eyes,” said Shivaji Raja and added that he wants to go back to his hometown.

He also claimed that the opposition party has intentionally made false allegations on him. Shivaji Raja stated that he came in front of the media only to deny the allegations on him as he is afraid that people might think that they are true.

More than the general elections, MAA elections have became a hot topic in the film industry. After all the drama and promotions, the elections took place on Sunday.

Based on the reports, nearly 472 votes were polled. We have also seen Tollywood biggest like Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna casting their votes. On Monday morning, the election results have finally come out and Shivaji Raja and Srikanth faced a massive defeat. With the majority number of votes, actor Naresh became the President of MAA. Jeevitha Rajasekhar has now become the general secretary. Actor-director SV Krishna Reddy and actress Hema became Vice Presidents. Rajasekhar is elected as the executive vice-president. Rajeev Kanakala is the new treasurer. Gowtham Raju and Shiva Balaji are now joint secretaries.

Ali, Ravi Prakash, Tanikella Bharani, Sai Kumar, Uttej, Prudhvi, Jackie, Suresh Kondeti, Anitha Chowdary, Ashok Kumar, Sameer, Edida Sriram, Raja Ravindra, Tanish, Jayalakshmi, Karate Kalyani, Venu Madhav and Pusuniri Srinivas won in the elections.

There is only a day left for the elections of Movie Artist Association (MAA). Both Naresh’s panel and Shivaji Raja’s panel are moving their pawns cleverly to get ahead in the race. Noted actor Naga Babu has lent his support to Naresh’s panel publicly, by arranging a press meet the other day.

It was a surprising move by the actor as his brother Chiranjeevi is his lending his support to the rival panel of Shivaji Raja. Naga Babu said that he doesn’t like same people contesting for the position for consecutive tenures. He feels that new people should be given a chance as well.

Naga Babu also supported Jeevitha who is contesting for the post of General Secretary by saying that he wants to see a woman holding a high position in MAA office. The election will be held tomorrow in Hyderabad.

Popular Actor Uttej started a dance school in Ellareddyguda, Hyderabad. Named as MAYUKHA- Arena Of Performing Arts, this dance school starts its functioning today. The opening of Mayukha took place in a formal event for which Movie Arts Association was invited.

MAA (Movie Arts Association) president Shivaji Raja, Executive Vice President Srikanth, Cultural Committee Chairman Suresh were there at the opening of MAYUKHA. Along with these, a few other artists were there too.

In this frame of context. Uttej addressed the gathering. “This institute is born because of my passion towards core arts like Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam, Western, Yoga, Zumba etc. One of my fraternal brothers Srikanth has launched this Arts school today. I am very happy. We teach Yoga, Dance, Acting Skills etc here”, Uttej said. Shivaji Raja and Srikanth expressed their delight over attending the opening ceremony of Mayuka. A few others also mentioned that it is a very good initiative to raise the children teaching such arts and skills.

We are all known that Sri Reddy did a nude protest yesterday at the Film Chamber in Hyderabad demanding ‘MAA’ membership and chances for Telugu actresses in the movies. Sri Reddy is also posting in social media her WhatsApp chats with some celebrities and also said that she would post some videos in future.

Today MAA reacted on Sri Reddy incident. Shivaji Raja said that “Sri Reddy incident is disturbing. MAA rejected Sri Reddy’s membership application and none of the 900 members in MAA will support or act with her. He remarked Sri Reddy is telling lies and doing drama for the sake of publicity. He also warned, if anyone acts with her, MAA will boycott them also from MAA. “

Well, we have to wait and see how Sri Reddy reacts to this.

Actor Sivaji Raja carved a niche for himself with the film Kallu. Later, he acted in a number of movies, and he is now recently elected as Movie Artists’ Association (MAA) President. He has been in the Industry for three decades.

Recently he gave a strict warning to Telugu actresses. He said, Tollywood heroines are taking huge amount as remuneration for each movie, but they are not showing interest in MAA activities. Shivaji Raja further said the Telugu actresses are not co-operating to fundraising for the construction of the building for MAA and old-age home.

He further added that the top stars from Telugu Film Industry like Megastar Chiranjeevi, Superstar Mahesh Babu, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Victory Venkatesh and others are extending their support and coming forward for MAA initiatives.

The previous elections of MAA had created a big sensation at that time as the normal elections seemed to be political elections. Two parties one is lead by Naresh and other leads by Rajendra Prasad have fought like a battle of exchanging war of words. Even the so called versatile actors like Naresh, Sivaji Raja, Jayasudha, Hema etc made controversial statements against rivals. After all the fussy drama, Rajendra Prasad has won as MAA president with the involvement of Naga Babu. Now as his term is about to complete, the MAA members have unanimously elected Sivaji Raja as president of MAA.

He used to be secretary to Rajendra Prasad. Now the opposition Naresh has thought it’s bad to have fights yet again and made this thing easy. This is a huge development from MAA members.
