‘Superstar’ Mahesh Babu has scored a big hit with ‘Maharshi’. Although the film has mixed reviews all over, the film has been doing very good financially and the box-office numbers are amazing. After this, he will be doing a film with Anil Ravipudi.

It has also been reported that he will be doing a film under the direction of Parasuram (Bujji) who recently scored a blockbuster with ‘Geetha Govindam’ and it went on to collect 100 Crores. According to our sources, the film deals with white collar crimes and the families affected by them. Criminals like Vijay Mallya exploits the banks and the trust of people and flee the country. Right now, Mahesh is in abroad for a family vacation and it has been reported that he will be joining the film under the direction of Anil Ravipudi, after the vacation.

There is no stopping for Maharshi at the box office. This Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer film is breaking a record in the domestic market, almost every day. It is performing well especially in the Nizam area. It has already crossed Rs. 20 crores share and became the third film of Mahesh to achieve the feat.

It has collected an amount of Rs. 25.40 crores till now in Nizam area among the total share of Rs. 72.79 crores in both the Telugu states. With this feat, it has become that fourth highest earning movie in the Nizam, beating Pawan’s Atharintiki Daredi which collected Rs.23.45 crores.

The films on the top three spots are Baahubali (Rs. 68 crores), Baahubali 2 (Rs. 42 crores) and Rangasthalam (Rs. 27 crores). There is a fair chance for Maharshi to cross Rangasthalam as it has been only 11 days since it released. We have to wait and see whether it will cross the mark and becomes the all-time third the highest earner in Nizam, or not.

After the massive hit of ‘Maharshi’, ‘Superstar’ Mahesh Babu left for a vacation with his family. Mahesh loves to travel and he usually takes this break after completely wrapping up his project.

It is reported that he will be returning to Hyderabad on 15th of June, 2019 and will join the discussion with Anil Ravipudi, who will be directing his next ‘SSMB26’. Superstar Mahesh babu’s latest flick Maharshi has hit the screens last week and is having a dream run at the box office. The audiences were impressed with the fact that film addresses the issues facing by farmers in our country. Many people opined that it is an important film for the society as well.

Even Mahesh is very happy with the way Maharshi is performing at the box office. When asked about what was his kids’ reaction after watching the film, Mahesh said, “Sitara papa loved it and she had tears rolling in her eyes. I think she has grown up. Even Gautham liked it and he gave me a high-five after wacthing it.”

Mahesh said that Maharshi has changed his personal life as well. He added that he is not the person he was, a couple of years ago. He promised that from now, he will visit a village at least once in year, along with his whole family.

Super Star Mahesh Babu is busy with his 25th movie Maharshi. The film is releasing tomorrow and the actor is busy with the promotions of the movie. Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the film is a joint production of Dil Raju, PVP and Ashwini Dutt.

There is a huge hype on the film currently and the trade experts are hoping that the film will create a new non-Baahubali record at the box-office. So far, Rangasthalam is the film enjoying this record and Bharat Ane Nenu failed to cross the record.

It is known that the movie ticket costs these days are reaching sky. On this note, Telangana government has took the increase in the movie ticket cost seriously. It is known that the theaters tried to increase the ticket cost of ‘Maharshi’ movie.

On this note, Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has organised an emergency meeting with the officials. CS, Home Secretary, Law Secretary attended the meeting. They have discussed this issue seriously and Talasani confronted by asking how how they can increase the ticket costs without informing the government. The government is also in plans to file a petition in High Court about the the decision of theatre managements. But, the theatre managements are claiming that they have increased the ticket cost based on the orders released by High Court.

Coming to the ticket cost of ‘Maharshi’, in the single screen theatres the cost is Rs. 80 – 110 whereas it is Rs. 138 – 200 in multiplexes.
