Anjali Menon’s Bangalore Days is about to release on the 30th, and it looks like the promotional team of the movie is working in full swing with social media as the primary focus – and yes, with the trend of stars interacting with the fans now gaining popularity, Nazriya Nazim too will be answering questions on the movie’s Facebook page!
The gorgeous young starlet, who is one of the leads of the film, will pick her favorite questions about the movie from the comments section and answer them soon.
The flick’s FB page currently has over a 110, 000 likes and with an eager audience waiting excitedly for the big release, the page has become the platform for all kinds of gimmicks and tactics.
Apart from interviews with the stars and the writer/director of the film, Anjali Menon herself, the page also has contests and such, effectively adding to the hype surrounding the new generation entertainer. Perhaps, this is why when the trailer came out, the non Malayali viewership requested another version of it with English subtitles – which they got!
The audience for this star studded motion picture seems to have already crossed language and maybe even age barriers.
The light hearted entertainer with romance, friendship and a little drama in the mix tells the story of three friends Arjun/Aju (Dulquer), Krishnan (Nivin) and Divya (Nazriya) who make a dream of their come true by having a long awaited vacation in Bangalore which changes their lives. The ending quote in the trailer (a reference to Dulquer’s debut film Usthaad Hotel) says “there is a thing called destiny, and no one can stop it…”
The rest of the cast too is riddled with big names including Fahadh Faasil, Parvathy Menon, Isha Talwar, Nithya Menon and several other veteran actors.
The song from the movie, Maangalyam, which came out first, went on to top the charts and the release of the trailers only added to the buzz.
So, waiting eagerly for May 30th and if you want come answers, go ask the beautiful actress herself!
