Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are one of the most adorable celebrity couples in our country. Recently, they also celebrated their 46th anniversary. On that occasion, Amitabh has revealed an unknown fact which unexpectedly led to their sudden marriage.
If we get into the story, Amitabh promised his friends that he would take them to an overseas tour if his film Zanjeer becomes a hit. The film turned out to be a blockbuster and Amitabh decided to take his buddies for the trip. He also planned to take Jaya along with him. They were seeing each other by that time. But, his father Harivamshrai Bachchan opposed the idea.
He said that he would not allow Jaya to come along until Amitabh marries her. With the desire of taking her along at any cost, Amitabh decided to marry Jaya and within a few days, they tied the knot. The very next day of their marriage, the couple boarded the flight for the trip. That is a very interesting story indeed.
