The Kabir Khan film; which has been piquing interests as it brings together Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan together on screen; Bajrangi Bhaijaan is being shot pretty smoothly and on time. If things go as planned, the shooting may be wrapped up by May.

The film is an Indian Romantic Drama and has been shot in New Delhi, Karjat and Rajasthan. For the final shooting schedule, the team is required to move to Kashmir. That will be the April-May Schedule, following which the film’s shoot would be wrapped up. As Salman is a superstar and has a great fan following in Kashmir, the security measures have been tightened and efforts would be made to facilitate smooth flow of shooting schedule.

The film is looking for an EID release and the date that has been locked is July 17th, 2015. This will be the second time Kabir and Salman will be working together. They have delivered superhit Ek Tha Tiger in 2012.

Bollywood Friendships are something we all have been dicey about. They say you cannot be friends with anyone in the industry, but there are also some really close ‘Dostana’ we witness. So this is brave decision from Bebo at this point of her career. But the bone of contention is how safe are the producers who consider her for their films. “Will it be boon or ban for them ?” is the question which is raising in everybody’s mind.

After the rapper struck a pose with Dabangg babe of Bollywood, Sonakshi Sinha, Honey Singh was caught on camera striking a pose with none other than our beloved Bebo a.k.a Kareena Kapoor Khan. The two have been said to have shot a music video for Rohit Shetty’s Singham Returns.

Posing for a selfie on sets, Honey Singh, posted the picture on his official Facebook account. Captioning it “BeBo Diyan Gallan Pink Pink, YoYo with Miss Gorgeous” Honey Singh’s selfie has become the talk of the social networks.

That’s right! Shuddhi Cast Finalised.

Time and again, the casting of the film, ‘Shuddhi’, has made news. Hrithik Roshan, who was chosen as the lead actor, chose to quit due to health reasons. Later it was the Ranveer-Deepika pair which was rumoured to be finalised. Then there were rumours of Katrina replacing Deepika doing the rounds and then there was an official confirmation stating that Ranveer-Deepika will not be a part of the film.

However, now it seems Karan Johar has finally got things on track and has signed the hot Jodi of “Bodyguard” for his dream project.

Sources claim that Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor have been finalised to play the lead roles in the much-awaited mythological flick ‘Shuddhi’. The film is the on-screen adaptation of ‘The Shiva trilogy’ written by Amish Tripathi.

This movie shall take off by the later part of the year.

Only time will tell if and when actually these projects will see the light of the day.

Meanwhile, Salman’s “Kick” is all set to release on Eid. The trailer of the film has gone viral and already has over 6 Million hits on Youtube!

The release of Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone’s ‘The Expendables 3′ has been advanced by a week in time to release on Independence Day (August 15), the same day when Ajay Devgn’s Bollywood entertainer “Singham Returns” is due to hit the screens.

The Indian distributors of “The Expendables 3” decided to advance the release date because they believe a star-studded film like it can definitely put up a fight at the box office with Bollywood action flick ‘Singham Returns’ and they didn’t want to miss out on the Independence Day weekend.
The distributors are also looking at a wider release for the project as the movie will hit theatres in four languages, including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

‘The Expendables 3′ also stars Arnold Schwarznegger, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Jason Statham just to name a few, while Rohit Shetty-directed “Singham Returns” stars Kareena Kapoor and Ajay Devgn.

“Stallone and Schwarzeneger have a humongous fan following in India and the genre of the film suits the appetite of people here. We will be dubbing the film in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and are even hoping for a wider release this time around.”, said the indian distributors of “The Expendables 3”.

We can thereby easily say Ajay Devgn fights with Sylvester Stallone this independence day!

Well, the film industry is certainly a place where you either have a lot of work at hand or none.

And when a leading actress is in such a situation, well, it’s worth talking about.

Reportedly, Kareena Kapoor has been asked to play the female lead opposite Akshay Kumar in Prabhu Dheva’s next, ‘Singh is Bling’, being produced jointly by Ashwini Yardi and Akshay.

A few weeks ago, she was also offered Bejoy Nambiar’s next (untitled), produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar.

More recently, Sujoy Ghosh flew down to Goa to ask her to play the protagonist in his next, ‘Durga Rani’, which was earlier offered to Vidya Balan and Kangana Ranaut.

Now, Kareena is in a dilemma. Kareena is confused!

A source close to the actress said, “All the three films which have been offered to Kareena have a plum role for her but they will all kick off in the last quarter of this year. She will be able to accommodate only two of them.”

It therefore remains to be seen which movies does the actress takes up. For now, we can simply say that she has her plate full !

The recent news of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ileana D’Cruz bonding big time has surely got us interested!

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has herself admitted that she doesn’t have many friends from the industry was seen bonding with her husband Saif Ali Khan’s co-star Ileana D’Cruz on the sets of ‘Happy Ending’.

Ileana D’Cruz, who will be seen opposite Saif Ali Khan in the film, posted a picture on Instagram saying “Cuteness overload; courtesy Kareena.”

Ileana also tweeted, “Had an amazing day at work yest! Difficult working conditions with weather going for a toss and time restraints but it worked out so well!”

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who will be seen in a cameo role in the film, was spotted on the sets presumably for her role.

Kareena however has no reservations about Saif getting intimate with his leading ladies.

In an earlier interview with a prominent media house, Kareena had said that she did not mind Saif Ali Khan getting intimate with other heroines on-screen. “We do not feel insecure. This is my professional life and my personal life has got nothing to do with it at all. They are two separate areas of my life. There is no insecurity that I feel (when Saif is getting intimate with any heroine). He is an actor and that is his job,” Kareena had siad.

‘Happy Ending’ is produced by Saif Ali Khan’s Illuminati films and directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.

The film also features Govinda, Ranvir Shorey and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles.

Preity Zinta will also be seen playing a cameo in the film.

Saif Ali Khan is all set to launch her wife Kareena Kapoor Khan’s cousin, Armaan Jain in Bollywood!

Yes,that’s right! Saif who owns a production house, Illuminati Films, will be jointly producing the flick with Dinesh Vijan.

The film is tentatively titled, ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’ and will be directed by Arif Ali, brother of Imtiaz Ali.

In a media statement, Saif Ali Khan confirmed, “For starters, I am co-producing a film with Armaan Jain (Kareena Kapoor’s cousin). It is being directed by Imtiaz Ali’s brother Arif.”

Armaan’s cousins – Karishma, Kareena and Ranbir have made it big in Bollywood.

However,it remains to be seen if Armaan can do the same given the stellar production house backin his talent!

Contracts were signed and announcements made… Once the show is advertised, it cannot be cancelled or postponed… (it) would cause unimaginable losses.”

Kareena Kapoor created quite a mess for herself last week when she said that she didn’t know who actor Surya was. She was responding to media questions about the rumours that she is doing an item number in Surya’s upcoming movie Anjaan.

Now, Kareena has stepped forward to clear up the chain of misunderstandings that began with the April fool’s story about her working in Anjaan that spread like wildfire.

“When I said I don’t know Surya, what I meant was that I haven’t seen him face to face. Of course I know of him. He is one of the biggest stars in the Tamil industry and I have deep respect for his standing in the business. In fact, I’m doing the Hindi sequel of Singham, which Surya made originally in Tamil.”

Thus, one hopes, ends the week long furore caused by a mistaken spoof story and a few careless words.

Recently, an online April Fools story broke out on the net, which said that actress Kareena Kapoor would do an item number in Kollywood’s own Surya’s Anjaan. This story was reported as real news item mistakenly by many sites and this seems to have annoyed the actress.

When asked by the media, she replied that she had no plans to do any work in non – Hindi industries because of the language barrier and she had no idea who Surya or N. Linguswamy was.

This seems to have hurt the sentiments of the millions belonging to the fan community of the Ghajini star, who have expressed their anger on the actress’s social media pages.

To be fair, however, Kareena also added that she loves the movies being made in the south and even in Marathi and Bengali. It’s just her policy not to do movies in languages she doesn’t understand.

“I had to turn down Rituparna Ghosh’s movie in Bengali for the same reason regrettably.” Said Kareena.

Apart from comeback projects and ad shoots, Kareena Kapoor Khan is also busy with a personal errand. The actress is lending a hand to Mom in law Sharmila Tagore to restore the legacy called Pataudi Palace. Both Saas Bahu are busy renovating the design of the 10 bedroom mansion with refurnishing.

Bebo, who is currently busy shooting for Singham2 and Gabbar, is an ideal daughter in law as well.

“Despite having a busy schedule that compels her to shoot and travel, Kareena is enthusiastic about working to restore the Pataudi Palace to its former glory and both she and Sharmila are taking a keen interest in the project” confirmed a close source.

Kareena is shooting for an ad commercial in Bucharest. The lady who said no more item songs will once again dance to a number in Gabbar. The film starring Akshay Kumar will see her playing his wife in the flashback.

Things have been a little laidback for Bebo post her wedding with Saif Ali Khan as the actress wanted to enjoy the domestic bliss in totality.

Apart from Gabbar, Kareena will also play a female lead in Singham 2, the Hindi version of Tamil blockbuster with the same name.

The Tamil original was Ramana and Telugu, Tagore, where Jyotika played the same role. A hard hitting character that dwells in the mind of audience; Given that Akshay and Kareena share a fabulous on screen chemistry, the choice looks perfect.

Said Kareena’s friend – “Bebo and Akshay share a fabulous rapport. They have played wife and husband in Aitraaz, which was a great hit. She agreed to do so again because her character propels the story forward”

Kareena Kapoor is set to travel to Bucharest for shooting a cosmetic ad. The friend close to her confirmed that this was the first time for the actress to travel to that part of the world. Saif Ali Khan was supposed to travel with her but his schedule could not help him to do so. The friend also shared that the couple is barely getting time to spend with each other and they have not seen each other for over a month!

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who swore never to do an item number ever again, had to break her vow. She has obliged to do an item number for her Shabina Khan, for Gabbar. Shabina is co producing the movie.

Her close friends on anonymity confirmed the news – “Bebo was tempted because it was the Gabbar. Producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali supervised her look and presentation in the item song. And Bebo was very impressed with what Sanjay did in Priyanka Chopra’s item song in Ram Leela. Kareena, who was last seen shaking a leg with Salman Khan in Dabangg 2 for the song ‘Fevicol Se’, also made a cameo appearance in Rowdy Rathore. Though few in number, Kareena Kapoor’s item songs are always a hit with the masses.

The Kapoor girl slowed down a bit after tying the knot with Saif Ali Khan, taking things nice and easy focussing on the domestic bliss.

Gabbar is a direct remake of Tamil hit Ramana. The story revolves around a group of students lead by a professor who opts for violent path to fight the corruption in the country.

Aksha Kumar plays the central protagonist of the professor in the film.

Incidentally, Kareena is also set to play an good role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming fim, Bhajirao Mastani. Ranveer Singh will in all likelihood play the male lead, repeating the success quotient of Ram Leela. Incidentally, the films made by Bhansali mix the old world charm with new.
