The first schedule of the film Gautamiputra Satakarni is progressing at a brisk pace in Morocco right now. All the lead actors are participating in the shoot. Balakrishna Nandamuri is playing the title role, and the film is based on a ruler belonging to Satavahana dynasty. Ram Lakshman masters are currently canning a fight sequence for the film. This is quite a productive schedule for the film unit to shoot some important scenes of the film. The film unit released few pictures from the location where everyone including Balakrishna was seen having their lunch. The film unit is having fun by having their breakfast, lunch, and dinners together by sharing some good times.

The film’s shoot is going to begin daily at 6 AM in the morning. Krish Jagarlamudi is directing and producing the film. Mokshagna Nandamuri will be acting as an assistant director for this film. Bollywood actress Hema Malini will be seen as Balayya’s mother in the film.Krish is spending Rs 8 crore for the war sequence. Already there is heavy demand for the rights of the film in India and Overseas. Gautamiputra Satakarni will release for Sankranthi next year.

A fan made song of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ is now going viral on social media.

The song was actually written by noted writer Sirasri. Ravi Shankar, who has composed music for films like ‘Attack’ and ‘Killing Veerappan’, has scored the music. The song was released on YouTube by Sirasri and it is now going viral.

Speaking about the song, Sirasri said, ‘the song was just made out of my enthusiasm over the character of Gauthamiputhri Satakarni. Neither Balakrishna nor director Krish has any connection with it. When I heard the announcement of project, i read about him and got inspired to write this song.’

Meanwhile, the regular shooting of Gauthamiputhra Satakarni has started today in Morocco. After canning the film for three weeks, the unit will resume shooting in a huge set in Hyderabad.

Director Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi (Krish), the talented filmmaker, is now busy with the shoot works of Balakrishna’s 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni. The director has won a National Award recently for his film Kanche. The award presentation ceremony was held at Delhi a couple of days back. Soon after accepting the prize from the government, Krish has decided to donate the prize money to Basavatarakam Cancer hospital. This decision of his has been bringing a lot of praise and appreciation for the director.

Krish posted on Twitter that he will donate the money to the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad where his mother was also cured. “I’m donating d Natl Awrd prize money to Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hosp which treated my mother & many with utmost care n excellence.” Krish Jagarlamudi posted on Twitter.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s landmark 100th film “Gautamiputra Satakarni” will have some of the best visual effects and battle sequences.

As per the latest update, a single episode of the historic battle in the film is going to cost a huge Rs 8 Crore for the makers. The film will be a high-budget visual extravaganza, and this one battle sequence itself is going to cost a bomb. 800 junior artistes would be part of this battle sequence.

To work on the visuals for the battle episodes in the film, 4-5 teams have been exclusively roped in. Four tonnes of material including weapons and war outfits have been shipped to Morocco.

All the film’s lead actors and technicians have already landed in Morocco to start the film’s shoot from May 7. Balakrishna will soon reach Morocco to begin the shoot. The movie is set for grand release on January 12, 2017.

Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently undergoing training sessions for his next film Gautamiputra Satakarni which is his 100th film. The film is considered as a prestigious film. Krish who is riding high with the amazing success of Kanche is directing and producing the film. Balakrishna is going to play the title role in the period drama which is based on a ruler of Satavahana Dynasty. There is discussion about Balakrishna son Mokshagna making his filmy debut with the film.

The makers wants to have Mokshagna to play the role of Vasishtiputra Pulumavi, son of Gautamiputra Satakarni. The youngster will succeed the throne after Gautamiputra Satakarani. The film is going to start on May 9th with a massive schedule at Morocco. Devi Sri Prasad who is in Newyork had already started composing music for the film. The film is expected to hit the floors on 12th January 2017.

Most of the film personalities who could not make it to the event wished Balayya and team on their social media profiles. When Nandamuri fans expected a single tweet from Jr NTR about the film, the actor disappointed again with silence.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film titled ‘Goutamiputra Satakarni’ has been just launched amidst the attendance of bigwigs from politics and cinema fields.

The event held at Annapurna Studios at an auspicious muhurat at just past 10 AM was a star-studded affair. Telangana CM KCR has clapped the soundboard for the Muhurat shot while veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao has directed the first shot. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh have also attended the event to convey their best wishes to Balakrishna. Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh switched on camera for the first scene.

T ministers Talasani Sreenivasa Yadav, Harish Rao, K Raghavendra Rao, etc have also attended the event to wish Balayya. Many actors and filmmakers have also graced the ceremony after Balayya cordially invited them all.

Acclaimed director Krish is directing this film. Produced on a high budget by First Frame Entertainments, the film’s logo is also launched and it is quite impressive. Makers are aiming for coming Sankranthi release.

Balayya has first offered his floral tributes to Gautamiputra Shatakarni’s statue before commencing his film’s inaugural event. He said that Gautamiputra Satakarni is a God’s gift to him and his father late Sr NTR has sent director Krish to him with the subject of Gautamiputra Shatakarni for his 100th film.

Gauthamiputhra Shathakarni will be directed by Krish with his friend and collaborator Rajeev Reddy producing it with a staggering budget of over 40 cr. The film’s shooting will kickstart from last week of this month and makers are planning to release the film for next Sankranthi seasosn.
