Earlier we have said that Devi Sri Prasad walks out of four projects recently and to everyone’s surprise, ‘Valmiki’ is one of them. He and Harish Shankar has collaborated for two film ‘Gabbar Singh’ and ‘DJ’, and Devi walking away came as a shock to everyone.

Harish and Devi Sri Prasad are good friends and have a very good rappo between them. Devi Sri Prasad was immediately roped-in after the ‘Valmiki’ was confirmed, by Harish Shankar. Him leaving the project has raised some speculations about the relation between them. It is heard that Harish and Devi were having an argument regarding the remake of Chiranjeevi song, while Devi strongly opposed and refused to do it. They tried to talk it out but the compromise didn’t happen. Hence they stated the riff as creative differences and parted their ways. Mickey J. Meyer was roped in to compose the music.

It is already known that director Harish Shankar is currently working with hero Varun Tej for the film, Valmiki. This is an official remake of Tamil super hit movie Jigarthanda. The shoot of this film was started a couple of months back but the project is being let down by a few setbacks every now and then.

A few days back, it was reported that Pooja Hegde, who was supposed to act as the heroine in the film, has walked out of it due to remuneration issues. Now, it is being heard that music director Devi Sri Prasad has also walked out and he is replaced by another composer, Mickey J Meyer.

Apparently, both Harish and Devi had creative differences which ultimately resulted in the exit of Devi. Eventually, the offer landed in the lap of Mickey, who is waiting for a big project for a long time. Stay tuned for more updates on this news.

Devi Sri Prasad has composed and conducted the songs and background score of Mahesh Babu’s ‘Maharshi’. Although the film received a divided talk, the music and backgrounds are heavily criticised by the audience and the fans have complained that the score is similar to ‘Srimanthudu’

In respect of this context, few fans have expressed their opinion that Thaman should have been roped-in for this film and at least for Mahesh Babu’s next Thaman should compose the music.

Thaman is very active on twitter and his interaction and expression would be through his likes for the tweets. Thaman came across these tweets on Twitter and without realizing that the post was more of criticism to DSP than than a wish towards him, he liked those tweets and this has raised a debate on social media.

Netizens went on to say that he has to think before liking the tweet and should not blindly do it because of the sweet words about him.

Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu’s daughter Sitara is currently busy learning dance from one of the popular dance masters in South. She recently completed a grade in dance too. Namratha and Mahesh post her dance videos now and then to let the world know that they are proud of their daughter.

Recently, they posted a dance video of Sitara where she is seen dancing for a song from the film Baahubali. Now,she is seen dancing for Charuseela song from the film Srimanthudu.

This morning, DSP came up with a video on Instagram in which DSP is seen humming Charuseela and Sitara is seen dancing along with her friend. The video looked very cute with the dancing moves of Sitara.

Super Star Mahesh Babu and Sukumar were supposed to team up for an exciting project but it did not happen. Mahesh Babu officially confirmed that the project is not going to happen due to the creative differences between him and the director.

Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is all set to take his fans and music enthusiasts in USA by storm. The ace music director, who’s on a high post the success of two of biggest hits – Rangasthalam and Bharat Ane Nenu, has announced that he’s going to be performing live in concert at various cities in USA in August and September. In the past, DSP had rocked the stage at similar events in Australia, New Zealand, and USA, and now, he’s gearing up to repeat his magic once again.

On the occasion of the American Independence Day, DSP took to Twitter to announce the details about his upcoming US tour, which is going to be presented by Jolly Hits. DSP will first perform in Seattle on August 11, before heading to Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, New Jersey in subsequent weeks. San Jose will be the last destination of his US tour, which will come to an end on September 16.

With just over a month to go before the tour begins, DSP is planning to push the envelope even further this time. Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam has released on March 31st across the globe and received a thunderous response. However, the audience who watched the movie could not get over the ‘Aa Gattununtaava’ song which has got special attention due to the singer in the audio.

The song was rendered by Shiva Naagulu but it was replaced in the movie. Devi Sri Prasad had sung the song in the film and it looked very odd in the theater. And in the recent media interaction, Shiva Nagulu said that the makers have replaced my voice in the film with DSP. They could have informed me one word regarding vocal replacement.

He further added, DSP heaped praised during the pre-release event, and he finally made my efforts waste. And it is learnt that the makers have changed the Aa Gattununtaava’ song with other singer and replaced it in the film as well.

“The film’s backdrop is about friendship and love, so we are releasing a lyrical song on the occasion of Friendship Day on Sunday,” says Sravanthi. The lyrics begin with Trend marina… friend maradu, and the music has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

“We have completed half of the shooting, and from August 7th onwards we are moving to Ooty for the next schedule,” says the actor. He also added that the team is planning to go to Italy for shooting the songs.

Anupama Parameshwaran and Lavanya Tripathi are the two female leads in the film.
