On the eve of International Women’s Day, Gautami created a video about women and dedicated to all women in the world. She also visited the memorial of late Jayalalithaa to pay her respects.

After her visit, she spoke to the press and media which gathered there. She said that after the demise of Jayalalithaa, there is a huge vacuum in TN politics.
When asked whether Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth will be able to fill that place, she said, “It is not possible overnight. Jayalalithaa took years to reach the position she was in. It took a lot of dedication and service”

Gorgeous actress Shruti Haasan has finally unveiled a new song to celebrate the spirit of women, on the occasion of International Women’s Day. The song titled ‘My Day In The Sun’ released on Apple’s iTunes earlier today and Shruti has been receiving rave reviews for her work.

While Shruti has written and sung the song, she had collaborated with music directors, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonca to compose music for the song. The song, which Shruti sang in English, talks about the women’s power to dream and her never-say-die attitude.
In a recent media interaction, Shruti said, “The song doesn’t just focus on Indian women. It’s about every woman, from various sections of the society, waiting for her day in the sun and rise, to have wings again and be want they want to be. In a way, it’s got more to do with women being the best version of themselves, rather than someone else oppressing them.”

Varma added that he will forgive God for creating heinous things like Terrorists and Cockroaches as he also created the most beautiful things, women.

Meanwhile, Shruti has already wrapped up shooting for Premam, except for a song and she will be next seen in a Bollywood film titled Rocky Handsome opposite John Abrahm.
