Karan stated in his autobiography that he would rather adopt kids or get kids by surrogacy than getting married. He proved his words and stood as an example for the character. It’s a known fact that actor Tushar Kapoor got his kids in the same process last year.

Case Against SRK gets a twist, with The Bombay High Court providing relief to Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.

The court upheld the order of a magistrate’s court rejecting the plea seeking documents regarding the sex determination test allegedly undergone by actor Shah Rukh Khan’s wife prior to the birth of the couple’s third child AbRam.

Varsha Deshpande had filed a complaint before the magistrate’s court, seeking action against Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri, alleging Gauri underwent sex determination test before the birth of their son AbRam through a surrogate mother.

Advocate Uday Warunjikar, her lawyer, said she wanted these documents for pursuing her complaint. As the magistrate rejected her plea last year, she moved the High Court.

Shah Rukh Khan’s lawyer told the court that no sex determination test was ever conducted.

The HC therefore upheld the lower court’s order. The proceedings on Deshpande’s complaint before the magistrate’s court, however, would continue.

AbRam is Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s son through an unnamed surrogate mother.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is riding high on the success of his cricket franchise Kolkata Knight Riders.

Shah Rukh Khan will be seen next in Farah Khan’s “Happy New Year” opposite Deepika Padukone.
