Karan Oberoi is one of the popular actors in Bollywood film industry. He was named accused in a rape case and the cops have produced him in the court. The case has come for hearing today and the judge granted police custody till 9th of this month.

While the court proceedings are in progress, the actor became emotional. Apparently, his lover filed a complaint against him, alleging that he made a promise to marry her. She also stated that he started to threaten her saying that he would release her nude video. The Mumbai cops registered a case and arrested him.

She also stated that she was in a relationship with Karan since 2016. They crossed each others’ lives after they found themselves on a dating app. The cops registered a case against him under sections 375 (Rape), 384 (Theft). She already filed a case against him in 2018.

The casting couch issues still exist in the film industry in disguise. Though many of them know about it, they just remain silent worrying the fear of losing work. Meanwhile, the latest news is that a super hit producer is now in legal trouble as a model filed a rape case against him.

Going more in the details, Vaisakh Rajan is the popular producer in the Malayalam film industry who is known for making the movie Role Models, Chunks and Welcome to Central Jail under Vaisakh Cinema banner. With back to back hits, he is regarded as the successful producer in Malayalam industry.

Now, a model from Ernakulam filed a police complaint in Ernakulam North PS that the producer has lured her with the offer of giving her an opportunity as a heroine. She said that he raped her forcefully at his guest house. The cops have registered a case against him under section 376.

After the widespread of the MeToo movement in the film industry, a lot of people have openly come forward to certify that the film industry is going to be a safe place with a lot of internal committees being formed for understanding the problems of women. But, still, on a parallel note, the atrocities against women are not going to end anytime soon and here is a story of a lady who has been a victim in one such case because of a Kannada actor Kiran Mahadev.

Going more into the details, Gnana Bharathi filed a complaint against Kiran Mahadev with whom she acted in the film Goolihatti. She alleged that he tried to molest and rape her. Kiran was introduced to her via Facebook as a Dance master. After luring her with film offers, he is said to have attempted to rape her multiple times as Ullala Upanagar Studio.

Kiran is said to have reportedly threatened her of defamation if she tries to reveal the same in public. Kiran Mahadev is currently absconding and the cops are in search of him.

In a shocking news, a 23-year-old actress has filed a complaint on Kannada actor named Subramanyam. A lady made an allegation that Kannada actor raped her.

Going more into the details, 23 years old lady who comes from Rajaji Nagar is said to be in love with Subramanyam from past 2 years. Both the families have also agreed for their wedding but Subramanyam requested for the postponement of wedding citing the reason that he is busy with shooting. On November 1st, he is said to have informed to her to come to his sister’s place for a party.

When she reached there he has given her a drink mixed with sleeping pills. Later, Subramanyam has raped her and then she has complained to the cops. Subramanyam later escaped from the place and the cops are looking out for him.

Day by day, we are coming across several news reports where some idiots are trying to molest and attempt rapes against women. This is happening everywhere and when the same happens in the film industry, it gets projected a lot to the outer world. The latest buzz reveals that a film actor based in Mumbai has promised a female singer regarding marriage, but then he called off the same and tried to rape her.

This took place in Thane district Kalyan Nagar. Bhojpuri actor Manoj Pandey apparently loved a female singer in the industry, and both of them were also involved in a living together relationship. The actor promised her film chances and kept her waiting every time. After a while, she became pregnant and fearing of that, he asked her to abort the same.

The singer who is disappointed with all this has sought the legal justice now and approached the cops who immediately arrested the actor.

Odia Actor Tatwa Prakash Satapathy, who has been facing allegations of sexually exploiting a Minor Girl promising her offers in films, has found a sympathizer in the form of the victim’s father.

A petition has now been filed in the District Court by Victim’s Father requesting to dismiss the case. The Girl’s Father in the affidavit stated that his family has reached to an agreement with Tatwa Prakash so the case can be dismissed without further proceedings.

Earlier, ‘The Friends Foundation’ organization filed a complaint with the women’s commission against Prakash Satapathy on behalf of the minor girl. Next, the Child Welfare Committee directed the police to book a case against Prakash. Later, Police booked a case against him under Sections 354 (A), 506, 509, 34 of IPC and nabbed him on June 30.

The next hearing of this case will be on 11th July.

Bhojpuri filmmaker Shyam Charan Yadav (42) was arrested by police for raping a Pakistani actress.

The identity of the actress is not revealed. She lodged a police complaint alleging that Yadav raped, cheated and threatened her.She added in her statement that Yadav raped her on several occasions, and she was forced every time.

Police arrested Yadav at his residence and later nabbed BabluRai and Tiger, who helped Yadav in threatening the complainant.

The actress came in touch with Yadavin 2012 when she visited Mumbai to attend a promotional event of a movie. The duo became friends and maintained acquaintance since then.Later, Yadav made a small-budget movie and the complainant acted in it.

The next move of Yadav was luring her to make a film and borrowing Rs 35.80 lakh from her. The film was never made and when the complainant started asking for her money back, Yadav took the help of Bablu and Tiger to threaten her.

Popular TV actor, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ fame Yash Pandit has been booked for raping an actress on the pretext of marriage.

As per reports, Yash invited the actress to his home in Juhu where he raped her several time. Yash met this actress in this year on the sets of a TV show. Their bond became closer, and Yash promised the actress for a marriage. Believing him, the actress participated in several sexual intercourse with the actor, who later came to known that he defrauded her.

The victim registered a complaint against the actor at the Juhu Police station after being avoided by Yash. Yash Pandit’s trace is unknown.

“He only had intentions of developing a physical relationship with me. He confessed to me that he had sexual relationships with other girls. They perhaps did not approach the cops, because they were scared of being defamed. But, I wanted to teach him a lesson to get his nefarious intentions out in public view” said the victim.

When asked about the cases that were lodged against the actor, a senior Police officer said, “A newly appointed officer is handling the case. After a thorough study of the case, additional sections will be implied” conclude the officer.

Kannada actress Maitreyi, who was once a model, filed rape case on Karthik, son of Railway Minister, Sadhanand Goud. This lady mentioned that Karthik deceived her saying that he will marry her. It is a noted fact that Karthik’s engagement has been done recently with another girl.

Taking Maithreyi’s report into consideration, rape case has been booked on Karthik. This case took a new turn when Sadhanand stated that this girl blackmailed them. He stated that this case and all is a part of the sketch of the rivals. He further revealed that someone is trying to suppress their power with these cases.

As per the details, the victim in this case revealed the presence of Poonam Pandey in this case. As per the sources, Poonam’s name was included in the FIR of this rape case. It seems that the victim mentioned Poonam’s name along with Sunil Pilaskar. Adding to this, the victim told that Sunil and Poonam were quite close.

Shahrukh Khan named in Rape Case!

King Khan Shah Rukh Khan’s driver was arrested by the Mumbai Police on Wednesday, June 26. The driver was accused of raping actress Sangita Bijlani’s domestic help.

The driver’s real name is Rajendra Gautam and is also known as Pintu Mishra. He acquired the victim’s phone number through a friend.

The accused promised the girl, who is originally from Latur, Maharashtra, a job at a celebrity’s home. The incident occurred at a hotel in Nalasopara, a suburban area in Mumbai.

Rajendra Gautam has been booked under several sections of the Indian Penal Code and will be produced before the Bandra court today.

This news comes across as a shock because our stars have been known to employ people by doing a background check. But here it seems like Shah Rukh sure committed a huge mistake by hiring Gautam.

Sadly, his name is being dragged into the controversy which he has absolutely no role in.
