South India’s Lady Super Star Nayanathara is on a signing spree. The actress joined hands with KJR Studios for a supernatural horror thriller film. Directed by Sarjun, a former associate of Mani Ratnam and AR Murugadoss, the shoot of the untitled film started in Chennai. The makers are happy to work with Nayanthara again and the actress is looking great in her new look.

The film marks 63rd one in her career. The details about the cast and crew are not revealed yet. Talking about the film’s launch, the producers expressed their happiness of associating with Nayanathara. “The shoot kickstarted finally and the younger team on the sets is bringing a great energy.” said the producers of the movie.

In Telugu, the actress is busy with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi made his grand entry with Khaidi No 150 as his second innings movie. The actor is currently taking a lot of care regarding his next film titled Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The film unit wrapped up the first schedule after much delay, and they are said to be experiencing more delays in kick-starting the new schedules of the movie.

The buzz is that Nayanathara is going to walk out of the project. Ravi Varma is the DOP who walked away from the project and Rathnavelu replaced him. Later, it was AR Rahman who left the project in between. The makers are yet to finalise a new music composer for the film now. The new update is that Nayanathara is the next person to be on the list.

As of now, Nayan is said to be busy and it is becoming a problem for her in allotting the call sheets. But there are also rumours that she is very much on board for the project and expected to join the sets soon.​

Balakrishna is currently disappointed with the failure of the film Paisa Vasool. Balakrishna is now busy with his next film directed by KS Ravi Kumar. The film is tipped to be a good entertainer where the film’s subject is having a blend of all the emotions like sentiment, fun, action etc. The film is yet to be titled but the makers are calling it as NBK102.

The film features Balakrishna playing the character of a 40-year-old unmarried man in the film and he comes across Nayanathara is some different circumstances where she is forced to marry another guy. At a later point of time, she is murdered, and her daughter grows under the shadow of Balayya, who remains unmarried. The rest of the story is about taking revenge.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is currently waiting for the next schedule of the film Rangasthalam 1985. The film stars Ram Charan and Samantha in the lead roles. Meanwhile, the actor is busy with the acting as well as looking after the production activities of his next film Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy with Chiranjeevi in the lead. The film will be the 151st film in the career of Chiranjeevi.

The film unit is searching for a heroine for a long time, but we came to know that the director Surender Reddy reportedly failed to find a suitable heroine after considering many. As a result, with this unexpected delay in finding heroine, Charan was literally upset and is now speeding up the process of finalising the female lead. The latest update is that the makers are hoping to rope in Nayanathara for the film.

With the film becoming a hit, producer S.R.Prabhu had conducted a success meet in Chennai last Saturday. Though the whole team was present at the success meet, heroine Nayanthara was absent. The film “Mayuri” saw Nayanthara in an important role as the major part of the story revolves around her. With Nayanthara also being a reason for the film’s success, her absence for the success meet raised few questions.

This isn’t any first time for her of bunking or skipping promotional events of her films. Since 2012, she didn’t attend any of her films promotions.

Though the expected answer from the producer will not be convincing, media persons asked about Nayan’s absence. The well-prepared producer answered swiftly that she is busy in her other film shooting so couldn’t take out time for attending this event blah..blah..blah.

With the answer thrown by the producer, Media wasn’t ready to accept it. When asked the same question to Telugu Producer C. Kalyan, who was also present at the success meet, he raised his voice over Nayanthara’s absence. He alleged that her absence isn’t her fault but purely the producers. If the producer’s take serious actions over heroines who skip such promotional events, they will fear to repeat it. He further added that being absent isn’t small issue; the producers are paying to them even for promotional events at the time of the agreement.

“Mayuri” director Ashwin Saravanan spoke to the media and said that his film has a good story. It would have remained as a good film for its story even if Nayanthara wouldn’t have acted, but wouldn’t have reached to lot number of people without her.

Dhanush has recently been reported angry over Tamil Heroine Nayantara. According to sources, he has given a warning to Nayantara over her love affair. But why did Dhanush interfere in her love?

Nayantara is reportedly learning horse riding as a perfectionist for an upcoming Jayam Ravi starrer venture. Police officer is stated to be the role which Nayantara is currently acting in, in this flick. This may take Nayantara to a new level as this sort of roles for heroines is quite rare in the industry.

Nayan’s other upcoming and much awaited film is Idhu Namma Aalu, in which she stars opposite her real life ex boyfriend Silambarasan. The couple haven’t shared screen space in 8 years.

The movie, directed by Pandiraj, also has other interesting aspects working for it like the fact that Simbu’s brother Kuralarasan has donned the role of the music composer and has also roped in Yuvan Sankar Raja to sing a song in it.

The flick, which is being produced by Simbu’s father and veteran actor T Rajendar, is currently being filmed and is near completion.

It is indeed a praiseworthy fact that Nayanthara is starring opposite Simbu after the couple’s much publicised relationship and subsequent bitter breakup a few years back. It was director Kalanjiyam, while in the midst of his own feud with actress Anjali that pointed out Nayan’s professional attitude and suggested Anjali take a cue or two from her!
