Psychological thriller Game Over has hit the screens worldwide yesterday. It was released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi and got a positive response from all the three circles. Taapsee is being praised for choosing such an intense role. But we hear that she was not the first choice of this film.
Apparently, director Aswin Saravanan initially wanted to make the film with Nayanthara as the lead. Nayan is known for making female-oriented flicks and she has a good market in both Tamil and Telugu. They have also sho the film for a few days until it got halted due to the creative differences. The plot idea of this movie was lifted from a Hollywood flick. Things have turned worse when the original writer sued this film’s makers.
Finally, things git sorted and the team made some major changes in the story. But by that time, Nayan became busy in other projects. Thus, the project eventually has fallen in the hands of Taapsee and the actress has done complete justice to the role.
