Sensational Director Puri Jagannadh has lodged a complaint against the distributors of his previous film Loafer. As we all knew that according to the complaint given by the director, some of the distributors have created a mess in his office and reportedly attacked him. But today, the distributors have finally opened up on the issue. In a press meet, distributor Ramdas said that Puri Jagan has filed a complaint out of angry and no one has really created any mess at his office.

He further more added that stars like Rajinikanth, Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR and the directors like VV Vinayak, Shankar, Sreenu Vaitla and Linguswamy were always friendly and helpful for the distributors who encountered losses. “A director like Puri Jagan who has charged eight crores as remuneration for the film should return some amount as compensation for the distributors.” said the distributor. Also the entire issue has been noticed by the film’s producer C Kalyan who reportedly assured the distributors that Puri will tender an apology on what has happened.

The distributors have criticized the director for his behaviour towards them. The police officials have been investigating the matter, and more details would be out soon.

Mega hero Varun Tej, who will be seen playing the lead role in December 17 release ‘Loafer,’ is heard to be in line to play the lead in flop director Srinu Vaitla’s next film.

After flops like Aagadu and Bruce Lee, Srinu Vaitla’s career is in doldrums. It is heard that he has signed a two-film deal with C Kalyan, the producer of Loafer. In one of the two films, Varun Tej is expected to play the lead role. In his three films old career, Varun has played different roles but he is yet to do an out and out comedy.

Hence, Varun might just give green signal to Vaitla to experiment with comedy genre not considering the recent track record of the director.

It is known that director Puri Jagannadh has the other day expressed his uneasiness over the hardcore fans of power star Pawan Kalyan for creating nuisance at the audio launch event of his new film ‘Loafer’ starring mega hero Varun Tej.

It is heard that pawan fans were hurt by the statements of the crazy director and decided to boycott Loafer. Now, Puri has corrected his statements by calling Pawan as God for him. Speaking at the audio success meet arranged in Mangalagiri, Puri said that Pawan is like God for him. He added that Varun will also win crazy fans like Pawan did. He added that Chiranjeevi praised the performance of Varun after watching the film.

Loafer got the U/A certificate from the censor board. Loafer movie is all set for a grand release worldwide on 17th of this month. Varun Tej and Disha Patani played the main lead roles in the movie.

Tollywood trendy director Puri Jagannadh’s new movie ‘Rogue’ (post-Loafer) has begun its pre-production formalities. CR Manohar’s son Ishan is the protagonist in ‘Rogue’ and it will be his debut film. To pair Ishan in this mass entertainer, Amyra Dastur has been tested and is finalized opposite him.

Puri, who is currently finishing the bits and pieces of Varun Tej starrer ‘Loafer,’ will complete this film in not more than a week or two. Later on this film’s audio will be launched in Hyderabad and the film in mid-December.

Once ‘Loafer’ hits the screen, Puri will complete the story writing part, cast and crew selection of ‘Rogue.’ From January, this film will begin its regular shooting.

Jagan, who has a good track record of launching heroes, has succeeded quite well in the process. Ram Charan, Sai (Puri’s brother), Puneeth Raj Kumar were all introduced by this contemporary director.

“Loafer” is the story of a man who gets separated from his mother and raised as a loafer by his father (Posani Krishna Murali). Varun Tej’s looks and the grace of Revathi form a nice mother-son relation.

Who doesn’t want to act in a multi-starer? Post Mahesh-Venkatesh’s “Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu” many Multi starer’s made up to the screen. Few were hits, and few were flops.

Speaking of Multi starrer, it’s been many mega fans wish of watching mega heroes on one screen. Now and such wishes were being satisfied, but no full-fledged Multi starrer film came on any of the mega heroes.

In 2013, “Yevadu” saw Ram Charan and Allu Arjun sharing screen space; the film limited the character of Allu Arjun as Charan was the lead hero in the film.

With his recent hit “Kanche,” Varun Tej too is excited about doing a film a mega hero. When asked about whether positive on doing a Multi starrer, he replied, “Why not? If a good script comes up, I would love to share screen space with my family heroes.”

When asked who he would prefer acting with, he said, “I would be happy sharing screen space with my brother Charan. He is a wonderful actor. He guided me while I was debuting with ‘Mukunda’”

He gave a shocking reply when asked why not Pawan Kalyan “I never imagined myself acting with Pawan uncle. He is someone I always look up to off screen. I respect him at the same time also scared off him.”

As per sources, Varun’s third film ‘Loafer’ under the direction of Puri is being planned to release in December first week by releasing the Sunil Kashyap composed audio in November month.

In fact, Puri had already finished the shooting except some patch work but he delayed the remaining work so that ‘Kanche’ releases first.

‘Maa Amma Mahalakshmi’ is the title under consideration to rename ‘Loafer’.
