Bollywood star hero Ajay Devgn’s name has now surfaced in the Panama Papers scandal.

As per reports, Ajay Devgn bought 1000 shares in a British Virgin Islands-based company named Marylebone Entertainment. The report claims Ajay Devgn bought the shares in the name of his firm Nysa Yug Entertainment, which he co-owns with his actress wife, Kajol.

Panama-based company Mossack Fonesca was the registered agent of Marylebone Entertainment. Ajay Devgn took over as the director of the company in 2013, but he resigned in 2014.

After his name had cropped up, Ajay clarified that the firm was set up under the RBI guidelines for overseas direct investment route. He added that he made proper disclosures in the tax returns as required by law.

Panama Papers had earlier leaked the names of Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as well. However, both denied their involvement just like Ajay Devgn.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming action entertainer ‘Dictator’ is all set to land in Bollywood. This film that is making its way for the Sankranti is filming its final portions. As per the sources, Director Sriwass recently met few top producers in Bollywood and shared his idea of remaking ‘Dictator’ in Hindi.

After listening and cross checking the script that Sriwass has written, the producers accepted to remake this film in Hindi. In the further discussions, the producer talked of casting in Ajay Devgan, as they felt that Ajay would perfectly suit the role. If everything works well, then Sriwass will direct his first Bollywood film sooner.

Dictator that stars Balakrishna also has Anjali and Sonal Chauhan as the heroines. Balakrishna will be seen in a dual role in this film, one of a mafia don and other a market supervisor. The audio of Dictator will be releasing on December 20th in the new capital of AP-Amaravathi. S.S.Thaman composed music for this film.

Eros International and Director Sriwass are jointly producing this film. Kona Venkat-Gopi Mohan duo has given the screenplay for Dictator.

Actress Shruti Haasan, reportedly, stepped out from Baadshaho because she didn’t like the final script of the movie. Shruti had accepted to play the lead female role opposite Ajay Devgn in the movie titled “Baadshaho” to be directed by Milan Luthria.

According to sources, “Shruti Haasan was happy about the film’s story in her earlier conversations with director Milan. She was also jubilant on her role being described in those meetings. Hence, she agreed verbally but also requested to see a final script before signing the dotted line.” Now the latest buzz is that she is not happy with the final script of the movie, and her character didn’t seem like how it was narrated to her initially. So she has decided to opt out.

The movie shooting was also pushed forward by few months, and she can’t adjust her dates in that time. So she stepped out from Baadshaho.

Shruti Hassan’s recent Bollywood film Welcome Back also failed at the box-office. She is presently acting in the films “Rocky Handsome” and “Yaara” in Hindi. She will act opposite to actor Suriya in “Singham 3”.

It has been in news for quite some time that Ajay Devgn was to have a minute long cameo in Abhishek Kapoor’s Fitoor. But now it seems the “Singham” of Bollywood cannot find time in his datesheet to allot to the film.

Rumors are rife that Ajay has turned down the cameo and even asked the makers to look for someone else to fit in as he would be unavailable for the next six months. Reason being that Ajay will start shooting for his next “Shivaay” abroad and will only have time after six months.

Shivaay is to be filmed in barren and difficult terrains of Canada and in the film Ajay would be seen doing a lot of adventurous scenes. And we all know about Ajay’s passion for such challenges.

Now with Ajay exiting “Fitoor”, we are wondering who the makers would get in place of Ajay to fill in the cameo.

Sona who is busy shooting for her upcoming film “Action Jackson” has flown to Austria, for shooting. She resorted to Twitter and posted, “Action Jackson in Austria. Taking off now”.

On the other hand Ajay Devgn posted, “Off to Austria for last few days of shooting #ActionJackson, will try to post a lot of pics this time”.

We hear that the whole team has flown to Austria to shoot for a special song sequence.

The Prabhu Dheva directorial is quite talked about project and we even got to see a scintillating still of Ajay Devgn’s macho look. Action Jackson, has been quite delayed due to Ajay and Prabhu’s prior commitments toward their individual projects. But now we see both are in full swing shooting for Action Jackson and trying to wrap it up.
The initial release date of the film was June, but it was later pushed to December 5th.

Finally Team Rohit Shetty has made it past the 100 crore club on Tuesday, and with this, Singham Returns marks Ajay Devgn’s fastest entry into the 100 crore club.

There are as many as 32 films so far that have managed membership of this club. Completing the record in just 5 days, Singham Returns has come next to Salman’s Kick, which even crossed the mark in 5 days. But its total was 126 crores and Singham managed to mint 100.45 crores by the end of Tuesday.

Ajay’s highest grosser of his career is Golmaal 3 which garnered 106 crores. And with the stride with which Singham Returns is pacing, we feel that that record is almost past. This is Ajay Devgn’s fastest run at the Box Office. After Bol Bachchan, Singham, Golmaal 3 and Son of Sardaar, Singham Returns is Ajay’s 5th 100 crore entrant.

Singham Returns next benchmark is 150 crores and only Mardaani stands in it way, but we feel, with its steady pace, it will achieve that mark too.

Their friendship had taken an ugly turn back in 2012, over the Son of Sardar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan controversy, and since then things have not been the same between Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn!

Recently being candid and vocal, Ajay Devgn, went on record to say that he is not friends with SRK, but then that doesn’t mean they are enemies. There are many friends turned foe tales in tinsel town, and because of the Ajay-SRK spat, SRK’s friendship with Kajol got affected. Kajol was obviously on her husband, Ajay’s end.

There was hopefulness of Ajay-SRK getting back to good terms like before, when SRK dropped in at the sets of Singham Returns. They talked and hugged and even so agreed that Happy New Year’s trailer will be attached to Singham Returns.

Ajay just cleared the air, saying they are colleagues and they just like it that way. They were never friends but then again they were never enemies also. So news about getting back was out of question, because to patch up, there needs to be a problem. Ajay also mentioned that it was SRK’s idea to run the trailer along with Singham Returns, so they agreed to it. And as colleagues, if ever in future they need each other’s support, they’d surely be happy to help each other out.

Aha! Seems like though the animosity has died down, but the friendship is still out of the equation for SRK and Ajay! But we just hope these Superstars remain amicable as ever to each other!

The release of Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone’s ‘The Expendables 3′ has been advanced by a week in time to release on Independence Day (August 15), the same day when Ajay Devgn’s Bollywood entertainer “Singham Returns” is due to hit the screens.

The Indian distributors of “The Expendables 3” decided to advance the release date because they believe a star-studded film like it can definitely put up a fight at the box office with Bollywood action flick ‘Singham Returns’ and they didn’t want to miss out on the Independence Day weekend.
The distributors are also looking at a wider release for the project as the movie will hit theatres in four languages, including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

‘The Expendables 3′ also stars Arnold Schwarznegger, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Jason Statham just to name a few, while Rohit Shetty-directed “Singham Returns” stars Kareena Kapoor and Ajay Devgn.

“Stallone and Schwarzeneger have a humongous fan following in India and the genre of the film suits the appetite of people here. We will be dubbing the film in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and are even hoping for a wider release this time around.”, said the indian distributors of “The Expendables 3”.

We can thereby easily say Ajay Devgn fights with Sylvester Stallone this independence day!

Ajay Devgn, who was shooting at a school in Bandra on Monday, got an unexpected visitor on the sets, Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh was driving past Mehboob Studio when he spotted Rohit Shetty’s Man, Subhash. In his flamboyant style, he rolled down his windows and asked the valet what he was doing in the area.

The man told him that Ajay Devgn, Rohit and Kareena Kapoor Khan were shooting at a school close by and he was doing some miscellaneous shopping for them. On hearing this, Shah Rukh Khan, instead of heading to Mannat, took a detour and went over to the “Singham Returns” shoot. He surprised everyone by walking up to Ajay and giving him a warm hug.

A source present on the sets of the movie said, ” Rohit and Kareena’s jaws dropped on seeing the bonhomie between the two superstars, who had had a bitter fallout during the clash of their Diwali releases – “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” and “Son of Sardaar” in 2012.”

While Rohit has always wanted the two most important men in his life Ajay and SRK to warm up to one another, what happened on Monday left him stunned. This meeting was unexpected, spontaneous and emotional.

Well, better late than never. It’s always delightful to see such warm incidents happen in B-town.
