The makers of Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film ‘Khaidi No. 150’ have long back announced that they will release the movie for Sankranthi 2017. With just one month left for the film to hit screens, it seems that they have started panicking.

As per latest reports, to wrap up the shoot in time, two separate units have been deployed to shoot simultaneously. While one unit is working in Ramoji Film City in the guidance of Vinayak, the second unit is canning scenes at Nagarjuna Sagar, where a few confidants of Chiru and Vinayak are supervising the shoot as Vinayak can’t be present at two locations at the same time.

This is now said to be worrying mega fans and distributors. As it is the prestigious 150th film of Chiru and huge expectations as well as money are at stake, shooting without the director is worrying mega fans. Hope Charan, Chiru, and Vinayak have deployed an able team for the job.

Top director VV Vinayak on Wednesday night paid a visit to the family of deceased writer Vinay.

After garlanding the photo of Vinay, Vinayak spoke to his wife and daughter. He is heard to have assured the family of his support. ‘Vinay is like a teacher to me,’ Vinayak said. The senior writer has recently succumbed to death because of health problems.

On the work front, Vinayak is currently directing megastar Chiranjeevi in ‘Khaidi No.150’. The unit has just completed the much-hyped item song on Chiru and Raai Laxmi.

They will soon fly to Ukraine to shoot two romantic songs featuring Chiru and film’s leading lady Kajal Aggarwal. Promotional activities of the eagerly awaited film will soon be commenced with the aim of bringing the film into theaters for Sankranthi 2017.

Choreographer turned actor-director Raghava Lawrence has reportedly come on board of megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Khaidi No.150’ to compose dance steps for a song.

Sources from the film’s unit revealed that Lawrence is composing dances for the item song which is currently being filmed on Chiru and Raai Laxmi. After turning a director, Lawrence never took to choreography for other films but he made an exception for Chiru as the megastar had made him a top choreographer while he was a youngster.

The dances in this special song will be a major highlight of the film, opines film’s unit. Devi Sri’s energetic tune, Chiru’s graceful steps, Raai Laxmi’s oomph factor and the typical choreography of Lawrence are expected to make this song a huge hit with movie lovers.

Ram Charan and VV Vinayak are planning to finish the shoot by November end and kickstart the promotions.

Katthilantodu is the remake of AR Murugadoss’s blockbuster Tamil film Kathi.

One of the top directors of Telugu cinema, VV Vinayak, has last directed Akkineni Akhil’s launch pad ‘Akhil’.

The Nithin production venture ‘Akhil’ ended as the biggest disaster of last year and provided heavy losses to Nithin and all the distributors involved. Vinayak was paid a huge amount as remuneration for the film. When he was in a situation to refund Rs 5 crores from his remuneration, he sold his house for Rs 20 crore to pay the amount back.

As per sources, Vinayak is now residing at a star comedian’s house for rent. It is also heard that, he accepted to direct a film starring Nithin after he wraps up Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. Vinayak will be doing Nithin’s film for zero pay to payback Akhil loss.

However, some denied this and said that Vinayak is staying at a different house inky due to vaastu issues.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film, the remake of Tamil Kathi, which has already been delayed for a long time, has found itself in a fresh controversy as the veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao headed Writer’s Association has passed a resolution to stop the production.

Dasari’s resolution came in the wake of the ongoing tussle between senior Telugu film writer N Narasimha Rao and the makers of Kathi. Ever since Murugdoss released the film’s Tamil version, Narasimha Rao has been claiming that the story was by penned him and he registered it in the Cine Writer’s Association.

Although a forum was established to sort out the issue, it is yet to be resolved. Hence, Dasari passed a resolution that the film remake should go on floors only after resolving this issue. Dasari also stated that the Directors’ Association and Cine Workers Federation will be staging non-cooperation against the film’s production until the issue is resolved.

Star director VV Vinayak, who is set to direct megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film, has revealed that story sittings will happen in February, and a final decision will be out by March end.

Vinayak, who came to Amalapuram yesterday, spoke to media and revealed this news when questioned. He didn’t divulge any other details about the film like cast and crew.

It is known that blockbuster Tamil film ‘Katthi’ will be remade by Chiru. Star director VV Vinayak, who has delivered two flops with Alludu Seenu and Akhil, has announced a new film with NTR Jr.

Speaking at the audio launch event of NTR’s ‘Nannaku Prematho’, Vinayak said that he is contemplating to make another film with NTR in near future. He added that it would be either a sequel to Aadi or Adhurs. Both are trendsetting films in their own way hence expectations will be too high on their sequels.

Despite Vinayak has delivered two disasters, he still is a commercial director and knows his art. He is set to direct megastar’s Chiranjeevi’s 15oth movie, which is a Kathi remake. Probably, after this, NTR’s project will go on floors. Aadi, Samba and Adhurs happened in this combination.

Star director VV Vinayak, who has recently launched Akkineni Akhil with ‘AKhil’ produced by actor cum producer Nithin, has lodged a complaint against the producer over remuneration issue.

The movie received negative reviews from day one and poised to end up as one of the biggest disasters. Distributors of all areas and producer Nithin have incurred huge losses as the film was made on a high budget.

It is believed that Vinayak had asked Nithin to give only half of his agreed remuneration as the film tanked. However, Nithin has not yet cleared his remuneration. Moreover, Nithin is not responding to the calls of the star director.

Angry Vinayak has lodged a complaint against the actor in Film Chamber. The ‘A Aa’ actor is yet to respond.

Director Vinayak is going to compensate the Akhil Losses to distributors. V.V.Vinayak is a much-expected director in Tollywood. Many of his films brought fortunes to producers and distributors. It is a known fact that few distributors who only buy Vinayak’s films still prevail. Such countable director is Vinayak.

Though this word didn’t prove right for ‘Akhil.’ Vinayak, who was assigned by Nagarjuna to launch his son Akhil for his debut film, took up the responsibility as a challenging one. Post release, ‘Akhil’ didn’t gain enough revenue, thereby leaving the buyers in huge losses.

With the film buyers suffering huge losses, Vinayak decided to compensate them. Vinayak somehow planned to compensate the buyers, how isn’t yet known. Maybe he could sell away his next film to the same buyers of ‘Akhil’ at a low price.

Not only that, producer Nithin, who believed in ‘Akhil’ and made the film with no compromise, too bared huge losses. With a complete confidence over ‘Akhil,’ Nithin didn’t sell few areas to distributors and released on his self. After the flop, now he too is in losses.

By so Vinayak is reported of not taking the balance remuneration of his that he should get from the producer. That’s how Vinayak has equalled the loss bearers.

After the disaster of ‘Akhil,’ VV Vinayak is in a dilemma whether to direct a big hero or a small hero. While ‘Akhil’ was in the shooting process, V.V.Vinayak was gossiped to be directing the most prestigious film in his career- Chiranjeevi’s 150th film.

Though there wasn’t any official confirmation regarding, news opposing this wasn’t also ripped. Along with him, Director Puri Jagannadh was also said to become the director of the 150th film. Finally, he chose to speak and indirectly said that he didn’t get the chance of directing Chiranjeevi’s  150th film. With Puri dropping from the directors list, V.V.Vinayak was widely expected as the director.

Now, Chiranjeevi seems to drop the idea of doing the film with Vinayak. The reason behind this could be ‘Akhil,’ with Akhil becoming a big flop, a negative vibe is prevailing over Vinayak, if he is announced as the director of 150th, then people mainly focus on the result of Akhil rather than the 150th film.

Chiranjeevi is said to have fallen in love few Tamil films like Vijay’s ‘Kaththi’ and Ajith’s ‘Vedalam.’ Chance of anyone remake can be expected as a 150th film.

While Vinayak, who is on a two-month holiday has decided to approach Jr.NTR for his next. Since no confirmation coming from Mega compound, Vinayak decided to direct Jr.NTR, thereby repeating the Aadi, Adhurs magic.

Currently Jr. NTR is wrapping up the shooting part for Sukumar’s ‘Nannaku Prematho.’ The audio launch of this might be held on December 13th and the movie on 8th of January. Post this he accepted to do a film with Koratal Siva for Janata Garage (Working title)
