Popular producer and industrialist, PVP Prasad is all set to enter the active politics. If the latest grapevine is to be believed, PVP is planning to join YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s YSR Congress Party, ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

PVP is looking forward to contesting from the Loksabha constituency of Vijayawada. Earlier, he tried to contest in the elections but thigs didn’t materialize then. Now, the road seems clear for PVP and he is planning to file his nomination on 23rd. PVP originally hails from Vijayawada and later moved to the US and became a big entrepreneur.

He ventured into the film industry and produced many big films like Oopiri, Kshanam, Varna, Brahmostavam. Currently, he is co-producing Maharshi, along with Dil Raju and Ashwini Dutt. Many Tollywood celebrities like Ali and Prudvi Raj also have joined YSR Congress Party recently.

Team Sarrainodu is getting ready to celebrate the success of the film with the audiences, fans and movie lovers. The film is into the second week now and the film unit increased the speed in post release promotions. The team of Sarrainodu will celebrate the film’s success tomorrow at Siddhartha Hotel Management College Grounds in Vijayawada.

Allu Arjun, Rakul Preet Singh, Catherine Tresa have played the lead roles in the film. Boyapati Srinu directed the film on Geetha Arts banner. The entire cast and crew of the film are expected to grace the success celebrations in Vijayawada. The film’s Malayalam version will hit the theatres on May 13 with the title Yodha.

Allu Arjun is extremely satisfied with the response coming for his film. His next film will be in the direction of Vikram K Kumar.

Controversial genius Ram Gopal Varma has finally landed in Vijayawada as he announced earlier.

To collect information to make a biopic on Vangaveeti, he came to Vijayawada. Earlier, he claimed of receiving threatening calls reading the biopic but he added that he once bonded with the notorious rowdies of Vijayawada and he is not scared of anyone.

Varma challenged the rowdies to do whatever they can and revealed the details of his journey and stay in Vijayawada. Upon his arrival, a huge number of fans welcomed him at the Gannavaram airport. A larger number of police force was also deployed to make sure no violent situation takes place.

Contrary to the rumors that RGV will be taken into custody, he just drove from the airport to his hotel.

Controversial genius Ram Gopal Varma has decided to indulge in direct war with people, who he is claiming as Vijayawada rowdies.

Varma has revealed that he is going to visit Vijayawada to research on Vangaveeti. He has challenged the rowdies to do whatever they can while he will be in the city. He revealed his flight and stay details as well.

Stylish Star Allu Arjun has once again proved how kind hearted he is. Arjun, who donated Rs 25Lakh for Chennai flood victims, has now visited his 65-year-old fan Mastan Bee who is suffering from Cancer in Vijayawada.

Mastan Bee has been suffering from Cancer since a while has wished to see her favorite hero Allu Arjun. Since her health not permitting her to come Hyderabad and visit him, she was left in disappointment. It was TV9- a news channel that telecasted her story and published about her wish of meeting Allu Arjun.

Moved by Mastan Bee’s story, Allu Arjun halted his shooting and flew all the way to Vijayawada and met. Currently the hero is shooting for Boyapati Srinu’s ‘Sarainodu’ in Hyderabad. Thrilled with Arjun’s visit, Mastan Bee was all happy.

As he entered into the house and sat behind her, Mastan Bee took Allu Arjun’s hand into her hands and started touching them, while Allu Arjun was looking her in all smiles.

Mastan Bee broke into happy tears seeing Bunny and had a long chat with the actor with all smiles. She expressed that she is also a big fan of his grandfather, Allu Ramalingayya.In the past other heroes like Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, NTR and Ram Charan have also done the same thing by visiting their fans who were ill and fighting not curable disease.

Legendary film actor NTR achieved huge fan following in entire state. He even have fans all over India and his family is now one of the leading ones in films as well as in politics. As TDP came back into the power in Andhra Pradesh, it is now planning to erect huge statue of NTR in Vijayawada.

It seems that the TDP leaders are discussing on this aspect. Just like Sardar Vallabhai Patel’s status in Gujarat, TDP leaders are suggesting huge statue to be erected in Vijayawada. Sources revealed that they are trying to get atleast tallest statue in the state record for it.

Branding turned out to be a costly affair in Andhra Pradesh. YSR statues gave huge publicity to YSRC during elections time. Similarly, Indira Gandhi and Rajeev Gandhi’s statues fetched good craze to Congress. Now, TDP is trying to beat them all with a huge statue in the capital city of Andhra Pradesh which will make Andhra Pradesh people feel proud that they have the tallest statue in South India.

Even before the committee finalized some region as AP capital, TDP government decided to move ahead with Vijayawada as temporary capital. Orders were passed to the cadre and the government teams to search for government lands in the interiors and exteriors of Vijayawada.

Now, it is even higher and far beyond the reach of common man. At present, star actors in the film industry are investing lot of money in this region.

As Chandra Babu Naidu and his team is showing utmost interest on this region, it is almost conformed that Vijayawada is the new capital. This gave confidence to the actors to push money towards that side.
