Even before the committee finalized some region as AP capital, TDP government decided to move ahead with Vijayawada as temporary capital. Orders were passed to the cadre and the government teams to search for government lands in the interiors and exteriors of Vijayawada.
This once again raised the boom in the state. But, the rates in Vijayawada are touching the peaks. Few days back, Benz Circle area dominated Banjara Hills real estate values. Now, it is even higher and far beyond the reach of common man. At present, star actors in the film industry are investing lot of money in this region.
As per the sources, few noted film makers and actors registered few sites in Vijayawada region. As Chandra Babu Naidu and his team is showing utmost interest on this region, it is almost conformed that Vijayawada is the new capital. This gave confidence to the actors to push money towards that side.
