As of now, Nayan is said to be busy and it is becoming a problem for her in allotting the call sheets. But there are also rumours that she is very much on board for the project and expected to join the sets soon.​

Regular shoot of Sye Raa NarasimhaReddy began with a fight sequence with action choreography by Lee Whittaker. This schedule will go on till December 22 in Hyderabad. The film directed by Surendar Reddy and Ram Charan producing it under his own production house (Konidela Pro Company).

The prestigious project of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 151 period film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy based on the life of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy is all set to hit the floor in December. Narasimha Reddy was the unsung hero from Kurnool who revolted against the British in 1846.

The much-awaited historical saga after many postponements before finally the December date was set. The film is being helmed by Surender Reddy under the production of Ram Charan in the Konidela Production Company Banner.

The film is in the last stages of its pre-production work and the film unit plan to start shooting on December 6. The bound script which is yet to be ready has Sai Madhav Burra and Co doing the dialogs while the story is written by Paruchuri brothers.

The film has a notable cast like Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Sudeep Kicha and Vijay Sethupathi with Nayantara enacting as the female lead. The film will hit screens in 2018.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is one film that Mega Star Chiranjeevi is eagerly waiting for. After Khaidi No 150, Chiranjeevi wanted to opt for something different, and he okayed this historic cum periodic film. The makers are going to take a lot of care regarding the film as it will involve huge graphics for most of the important scenes. The film is produced by Ram Charan on Konidela Productions Company. Ram Charan has been advised by Chiranjeevi personally that the VFX work of the film would be not less than any Hollywood film.

After Baahubali success, the craze and importance for VFX work have gone up and keeping the same in the mind, Chiru advised Ram Charan to come up with good VFX so that they need not face any negative criticism during the time of the release. A London based company is in talks for the work.
