Tollywood young hero Bellamkonda Srinivas’s new movie in the direction of Sreewas has completed its shooting schedule in Varanasi. The film unit shot some action and family sentiment scenes nearly 15 days in Varanasi. In this flick, Sreenivas is romancing with Pooja Hegde.

The film has actors like Jagapati Babu, Ravi Kishan, Ashutosh Rana and Sarath Kumar in other key roles while actress Meena will also be seen playing an important role. The film produced by Abhishek Nama.

Actress Pooja Hegde, who is gearing up for her big Bollywood debut with ‘Mohenjo Daro,’, is said to be not attending the promotional activities as she is down with dengue fever.

‘Mohenjo Daro’ marks the debut of Pooja Hegde in Bollywood. She has worked for two years for this project hoping that the film will give a much-needed boost to her career prospects in Bollywood. Now, as the film is set for release in 2 weeks, on August 12, the promotional activities are happening at a brisk pace. But, Pooja is seen nowhere as she is down with dengue fever for the past few days.

She was supposed to take part in various photo shoots and attend several shows to promote the film. The makers seem to be not happy, but they still have advised the actress to get well before thinking of the promotions.

Actress Pooja Hegde, who plays the female lead opposite Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan in the upcoming film ‘Mohenjo Daro,’, said that she decided never to trust him.

During the film’s shooting, Hrithik had pranked Pooja Hegde so bad that she decided never to trust him. Apparently, Hrithik makes Pooja eat a chalk piece claiming it was a ‘protein bar.’ Hrithik somehow convinced Pooja to take a big bite of the piece of chalk only later to realize what she really has eaten.

Hrithik convinced hesitant Pooja by saying, “Generally, protein bars don’t taste very well, but one has to try them for the proteins. All good things that you consume look weird but are healthy. All the bad things look good but are bad for health.”

Poor Pooja trusted Hrithik and obediently took a bite of the chalk piece and ever since she decided never to trust his suggestions on food items.

Pooja Hegde, who made her debut with the film Oka Laila Kosam, was also seen in the movie Mukunda. She is currently busy with her Bollywood debut titled as Mohenjo Daro. Also, at the same time the actress is planning to make a comeback in Telugu as she wrapped up the shoot for her Hindi film. Going by the buzz, she is now finalized to play Allu Arjun’s romantic interest in director Harish Shankar’s yet-untitled next. She was also considered for Bunny’s previous film Sarrainodu but missed the opportunity.

The film with Allu Arjun starts from the month of August, and she was impressed with the narration given by Pooka Hegde and immediately gave her consent to be a part of the film. Dil Raju is the producer of the film. The film releases in the month of September.

Oka Laila Kosam movie is said to be a romantic entertainer and it is being directed by Vijay Kumar Konda of Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde fame and produced by Annapurna Studios banner. Anup Rubens is composing the music for this flick.

Now that’s a career graph spike not usually seen in the industry! We are talking about the lovely and ever so bubbly Pooja Hegde, the former Miss India Universe 2010 runner up who made her debut in Tamil with the Jiiva starrer Mugamoodi.

The diva is no stranger to the spotlight though, as she has been winning one beauty pageant after another since her debut in that arena and she has also walked the ramp with several A listers. Many prestigious ad campaigns for major brands like Lays and Fair and Lovely also saw her light up the screen.

Now with the period flick that has been rumoured to have the biggest budget ever in Indian cinema also on the horizon, things do look bright for this budding starlet.

It is unclear what her pay package is for Mohen Jo Daro but it was reported recently that Hrithik may be demanding a whopping Rs 50 crores for the project, and that’s before even a studio has signed on!
