Recently in the pre-release event of Maharshi, heroine Pooja Hegde has asked music director Devi Sri Prasad that why didn’t he give her a chance to sing in the film. The composer said that he didn’t know that she could so well and promised to give her the chance in their next collaboration.
But, another star composer SS Thaman has taken the privilege to give Pooja her maiden offer to sing. If the latest buzz is anything to go by, Pooja will croon for a song in her upcoming film which is being directed by Trivikram. Allu Arjun is playing the lead role in it.
Apparently, Thaman has composed a peppy tune which suits the husky voice of Pooja and even the actress is also trying hard to making a smashing singing debut. Hope the song becomes a chartbuster in the album. Pooja will also be dubbing her own voice for the film.
