Tollywood film lovers are in for a double delight today.

After the epic film ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ was declared the Best Feature Film at the 63rd National Film Awards, the highly acclaimed period love story ‘Kanche’ has won the Best Regional Film Telugu award.

Set in the backdrop of World War II, Kanche starred Varun Tej and Pragya Jaiswal in lead roles. The film was a huge critical success and was lauded for the efforts. It had a decent run at the box-office in overseas and the Telugu states.

Acclaimed filmmaker Krish directed Kanche. Varun played the role of a Telugu soldier fighting in the World War II. The film also highlighted the caste system which is prevailing in the present day society as well.

Had any other film was given Best Telugu film award, the response wouldn’t have been so ecstatic from fans.

Krish directorial, Varun Tej and Pragya Jaiswal starrer “Kanche” has released last week and earned a respectful talk from the audience. Mega Star Chiranjeevi, who saw the film, recently left director in all praises.

“Kanche” movie is based on the time’s prevailing during the World War II. The film runs on the story basing that Love doesn’t have and separation or borders.

Now, this film was acquired by a popular filmmaker in Hindi. Though, the buyers name wasn’t revealed, they paid a fine amount of money to the producers and closed the deal.

Rumours also has that “Kanche” director Krrish will also direct the Hindi version. Bollywood is no new to Krrish, he earlier directed “Gabbar” starring Akshay Kumar and Shruti Hassan as the lead. Krrish has enough chances of directing the Hindi version too. Krrish said that he would clarify about his next project in 15 to 20 days.

To create more awareness about this film, “Kanche” team has planned few success meets. Vijaanagaram, Vizag, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Tanuku, Eluru, Vijayawada and Guntur will be the places where the film’s success meets are held.

Post “Kanche,” Varun Tej is busy in finishing in next film with Puri Jagannadh. This film will be releasing in the month of November.

Srinivas Avasarala was seen in “Kanche” as co-soldier of Varun Tej. His role as Dasu in the film was proven worthy as the audience enjoyed the one-liners said by him.

He who is currently roped in for Trivikram’s “A..Aa,” has something to share while the shooting of “Kanche.” Kanche, which is a periodic drama that runs through the World War II has some dramatic war scenes involved.

For these war scenes, Varun Tej along with Srinivas has undergone a boot camp and physical training session for the role of the soldiers. After the training, the whole team went Georgia to shoot the war scenes. Here there was a huge amount of physical activity done by Srinivas like jumping, running, etc. In the process of performing the war scene, Srinivas broke his right hand.

Though met with an injury Srinivas managed to complete his part of acting and returned to India. Despite being injured while shooting for the film, Srinivas Avasarala is happy about the result “Kanche” yielded.

Kanche is gaining rave responses from critics as well the audience. The film is being well appreciated for its story and dialogues that make’s the audience think.

Srinivas Avasarala said that “Receiving good reports for Kanche. Here is what happened to shoot for it in Georgia. Broken at six places, two metal plates, and five screws. Glad all this was worth it.”

Konidela Niharika’s debut in Tollywood as lead actress is being widely discussed by many, these days. We don’t often see a lady from a well established family like mega family dare to debut as actress as many external factors like fans and pressures will play key roles.

When quizzed about his sister’s launch, ‘Kanche’ hero Varun Tej said that the decision was not taken overnight. He added that after having several rounds of discussions in the family, finally they decided to support her. Niharika Konidela is pairing up with Naga Shourya in her first movie and it will directed by Ramaraju.

‘Although, our family was initially concerned of how fans would react, now we are confident that they will welcome her’, added Varun.

Varun Tej’s Kanche movie is all set for a grand release on 22nd of this month.

Mega Hero Varun Tej’s “Kanche” got pre-pone and is now striking the theaters on 22nd of October. With “Akhil” being delayed due to graphic works, producer Nithin announced that “Akhil” releasing date will be confirmed sooner.

Now, “Akhil” moving away from the Dusheera competition, Varun took the opportunity of striking the release date of “Akhil.”

This movie is based around at the time of Second World War and the Indian’s who participated in this war. Varun Tej will be seen as a soldier in this historic drama. Pragya Jaiswal is the female lead. Nikitin Dheer and Srinivas Avasarala are playing the prominent roles in this film.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan fans have decided to ban and stay away from the release of Mega Brother Naga Babu’s son Varun Tej’s “Kanche”

The reason behind this was that during the 60th Birthday Celebrations of Mega Star Chiranjeevi, Naga Babu fired over fans who were shouting Pawan Kalyan’s name in his absence. He warned Pawan Kalyan fans and said to stop screaming his name. He further added that it is he (Pawan Kalyan) who should be interested in attending the function. We have sent a special invitation to him too, and fans shall question his absence to him rather than to us, he said.

Naga Babu conducted and managed the whole event of 60th celebrations of Chiru with fans on 21st of August. In the event, he furiously shouted and warned Pawan fans to stop shouting Pawan’s name or else he (Nagababu) will come and hit them.

In the private party of the birthday celebrations organised by Ram Charan on August 23rd, Pawan Kalyan attended the party and wished his brother. Though, Pawan left very early from the party.

Feeling disgusted about the way Nagababu addressed them, Pawan fans decided to ban and stay away from watching Nagababu’s son Varun Tej’s “Kanche” movie.

Sooner, Nagababu shall do something to cool down, or else Varun Tej will lose a crucial sector of Mega fans.

Varun Tej’s Kanche movie audio will be unveiled on September 17th at Hyderabad. There was news that Power Star Pawan Kalyan will be the chief guest for the audio function, and he will unveil the music album of the flick. But now the latest news is that Ram Charan will grace the audio launch event, and he will unveil the music album of Kanche. The movie makers planned to release the audio of the film in Vizag but now they changed the venue to Hyderabad citing some unknown reasons. Ram Charan was not attended for Varun Tej’s debut movie Mukunda audio function due to his other commitments. So, now he will be the chief guest for Kanche audio release event.

Kanche movie is being directed by Krish and Chirantan Bhatt has scored the music. The movie story set in World War 2 backdrop. Pragya Jaiswal is the heroine opposite Mega Hero Varun Tej in this movie.

Kanche movie trailer is getting the good response from the audience, and the film is also doing good pre-release business. Kanche scheduled for October 2nd release, on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi.
