Her chooda ceremony also took place on Monday. It was all done in a typical Punjabi style. As per the Punjabi wedding rituals the Choodi(Bangles) event is a special one. The bride wears a glittery jewel hanging from her hands. It is called kaleerein. There is this particular ritual of dropping this kaleerein on the other unmarried people which are believed that will bring in luck, and the person will get married soon. Sonam tried to drop the kaleerein on Sridevi-Boney Kapoor’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and that did not happen. Jahnavi seems relieved for that.

Sridevi daughter Janhvi Kapoor finished shooting of her debut flick Dhadak. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the movie is the official Hindi adaptation of Marathi blockbuster Sairat. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Zee Studios are producing the film.

Karan Johar took to Twitter to make the announcement of the wrap. “The warmest trio at @DharmaMovies !! @ShashankKhaitan is truly the strongest guide. Mentor. Friend and above all director! Janhvi and Ishaan are truly the heartbeat of #Dhadak,” he wrote.

It is learnt that Jahnvi Kapoor is gearing up for her cousin Sonam Kapoor marriage in May. Meanwhile, Dhadak is scheduled to be released on July 20.

Karan Johar has delivered on his promise of a big reveal he had planned for Wednesday. He has revealed the first poster for the upcoming debut of Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar Dhadak. This film will release on July 6.

This Boney Kapoor’s daughter who is born in 1997 has been considered and was been auditioned for a sex comedy film that is being written and will be directed by Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Baahubali writer K.V.Vijayendra Prasad.

Jhanvi Kapoor was spotted in a lot of films and private parties along with her mother, Sridevi. All the time she appeared stylish and beautiful and made her mother proud.

When asked about the S*x Comedy film, Writer Vijayendra Prasad responded and said that he is penning down the final script and yes that would be a college campus comedy. He also said that it’s an unlikely territory to step into, but likes to surprise himself. It has to make with newcomers, he further added.

That makes us clear that it could be Jhanvi stepping in for the female lead. Malayalam Actor Dulquer Salmaan- son of Mammootty, will also be seen in this film.
