NTR Jr is on a spree on winning the awards. He has again won the prestigious SIIMA awards which were organized the other day in Dubai.

The South Indian International Movie Awards for the year 2017 was conducted in Abu Dhabi yesterday for the languages Telugu and Tamil. The best actor in male category is bagged by the talented young tiger NTR Jr for this flick Janatha Garage. The tall legged beauty Rakul Preet Singh has won the best actress female for the film Nannaku Prematho. As NTR was busy with his ongoing movie, the rockstar DSP has taken the award on behalf of NTR Jr. DSP has also won the best composer for the flick Janatha Garage.

This is the 5th award in a row for Taarak. Earlier he has won the best actor for Filmfare, IIFA, Zee and Sankarabharanam Awards.

Young Tiger Jr NTR’s recent film Janatha Garage is being praised as one of the major blockbusters on Telugu screen this year. Jr NTR, Samantha, and Nithya Menen have played the lead roles in the film. Koratala Siva is the director of the movie. Mythri Movie Makers produced the film. A section of young tiger NTR Jr fans have now created a stir on social media by starting a negative campaign against MAA TV and here is the reason.

MAA TV had acquired the satellite rights of NTR’s ‘Janatha Garage’ for a whopping price, and as per their deal with the film’s producers, the channel has announced to telecast the first Television premiere of the movie on 23rd October. This plan of MAA TV didn’t go down well with a section of the NTR fans, and they question how MAA TV could telecast ‘Janatha Garage’ while it was still running in theaters.

Fans of NTR must understand that the entertainment channel has planned the TV Premiere as per its agreement with the film’s producers. Hence, if fans have any issues, they must blame and question the film’s producers over this deal. Moreover, JG is running in only a handful of screens and revenues were reportedly not so encouraging.

Films of yesteryear used to make their way on to small screen after about one year. Later, it changed to 100 days in the recent times. Now, NTR’s Janatha Garage is all set to hit television just after its 50 days of theatrical run.

Released on September 1st, Janatha Garage went on to become the third biggest hit of Telugu cinema. The action entertainer is gearing up to be telecast on TV on October 23, which is after its 53 days of run in theaters. Although some flops made their way on to TV in such short time, this is the first time for a blockbuster.

Since the satellite rights of Janatha Garage were sold for a huge Rs 10.5 Cr, Gemini TV seems to have decided to release the film as soon as possible to cash in on the craze.

Senior Telugu actor Kota Srinivasa Rao is known not only for his versatile characters but also for his frank talk on issues that plague film industry.

In one of his recent interviews, Kota took a dig at the makers of ‘Janatha Garage’ stating that he hasn’t yet heard anyone praising the lead actor (NTR) of the film.

‘Everyone is praising Mohanlal’s performance. If you rope in such a talented actor, how much a Telugu actor should perform to get noticed in comparison? Makers are only thinking of their films but not about the Telugu actors. It’s good to have compassion for all the languages but not at the cost of our own language,’ added Kota.

Young Tiger Jr NTR’s latest offering Janatha Garage turned out to be a hit despite the divided talk and mixed reviews. However, Janatha Garage Thanks, Meet event was held yesterday in Hyderabad in the presence of Jr NTR, Koratala Siva, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Devi Sri Prasad, and producers.

During his speech, NTR turned very emotional and stated that he would be indebted to director Koratala Siva for a lifetime for presenting his parents the best gift in the form of Janatha Garage.
