The dance performances and the live stage performances are pretty much common during the award events and the award ceremonies. Usually, the heroines who are awaiting opportunities show interest to sizzle on stage and give some awesome dance performances. When it comes to the heroes coming from star families, they choose to dance for their family heroes.
Meanwhile, there is an interesting thing that took place in the recent IIFA awards event. Akhil Akkineni and Sai Dharam Tej came forward to entertain the audiences with their dance performances. While Akhil put the dance floor on fire with Chiranjeevi’s songs, Sai Dharam danced for Nagarjuna songs which is a real feast to watch out for.
The awards event is going to be telecasted soon on Television.
The most prestigious International Indian Film Academy Award festival for South was started in Hyderabad yesterday.
Divided into two days, yesterday the awards were presented to Tamil and Malayalam industries. Rana and Siva hosted for Tamil part. They entered in a moped and entertained all with their jokes. Whereas the Malayalam part is hosted by Tina Tom and lovely girl Mane who entered in a car. Despite Red carpet, the organizers used Green carpet. Jeeva and others have performed with their electrifying dances. Many directors and producers have attended yesterday to see the function. Today the Telugu and Kannada film industries will get awards for the winners. Rana and Nani will host the Telugu part. Akul Balaji and Meghana will host Kannada part. Some Telugu technicians and actors attended the yesterday event who has some knowledge of Tamil language and industry. A.R Rahman stood as the center of attraction.
For today’s event, it is expected that many actors, actresses, technicians, producers and directors of will grace the event. All are waiting for the Rana and Nani anchoring.

A photo of actress Charmi crying inconsolably at the recently held IIFA Utsavam in Hyderabad is going viral on social media. Actress Shriya Saran was seen consoling Charmi in the picture.
The exact reason for Charmi weeping is not yet known, but the inside talk is that she got emotional with an unexpected incident that happened at the Awards event. The bold and beautiful actress Charmi couldn’t control herself and sobbed uncontrollably said the onlookers.
Of late, Charmi is going through a rough phase in her career. Her recent films didn’t fare well, and she is getting very limited offers. Her production venture ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ was also a costly bomb.

The first edition of IIFA Utsavam of South 2016 was held in a grand manner in Hyderabad on 24th & 25th of January. The event was a glamorous and glittery with most of the actors and actress from the southern film industry attending. Here is the list of winners of IIFA Awards of Telugu for the year 2016.
Mahesh Babu and Shruti Hassan starrer Srimanthudu has managed to beat Prabhas, Anushka and Tamannah starrer Baahubali in the Telugu category. Srimanthudu bagged six awards and Baahubali managed five.

It is known that Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Akkineni Akhil have set the stage on fire with their live performances during the IIFA Utsavam.
The two days celebratory event took place on January 24th and 25th. It was a glamorous and glittery event with most of the actors from the southern film industry attending. Organizers of IIFA spent huge money on the event and also collected Rs 1 crore to donate to Chennai Flood relief fund.
Now, the latest buzz is that Ram Charan and Akhil charged Rs 1 crore and Rs 40 lakh respectively for their live performances on stage. Ram Charan’s 7-minute performance, his first live one on stage, was the major highlight of the night. He rehearsed for four days along with other dancers for this ceremony and danced to some of his super hit songs.

Ram Charan and Akhil Akkineni will be giving their first ever live dance performance at the IIFA Utsavam to take place on 24th and 25th of Jan in Hyderabad.
Ram Charan will be seen dancing to some of the hit songs of his father Chiranjeevi where as Akhil will also be performing under the supervision of popular choreographer Shiamak Davar.
IIFA Utsavam is designed to honor the talent of South Indian cinema and it will be the first season of IIFA down South. Allu Sirish, Regina and Navadeep will be the hosts of the event and Megastar Chiranjeevi will be the chief guest.
IIFA Utsavam was supposed to take place on 4th, 5th and 6th of December last year butit was postponed to January following the Chennai floods. The funds collected through this event will go to the relief fund of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister.
In the wake of floods in Chennai, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao has ordered the management of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) to reschedule the much awaited IIFA Utsavam ceremony.
IIFA had earlier planned to organize this landmark event from 4th- 6th December, at Gachibowli Stadium, Hyderabad, to honor the best of Southern film industry.
However, IIFA Utsavam has been postponed now as the management felt that it is not appropriate to make celebrations amidst the chaos in Tamil Nadu state.
IIFA has today announced to have rescheduled the event for a later date in January, next year. So far IIFA events used to be seen only in Bollywood but for the first time, IIFA is poised to organize the ceremony in south.
The first ever IIFA Utsavam that is being held for celebrating the South Cinema will have a lot to offer to the audience in its first season.
As per sources, Mega hero Ram Charan and Akkineni hero Akhil will be shaking their legs during this mega event that will be held in Hyderabad.
Ram Charan and Akhil have given their nod to the representatives of IIFA Utsavam to fill in some glamour dance during the event. Both the heroes have already begun rehearsals for their performances at the event.
Apart from this, there are several other contests that are held by the committee to impress the audience like cooking for their favourite stars, watching the event sitting alongside top actors, etc.
Celebrating the South Cinema of India four languages (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada) will be given a common platform to represent their films. This event is said to be the biggest film event ever in South Cinema.
On the 5th and 6th December at Gachibowli Outdoor Stadium, IIFA Utsavam will be held.
