Cannes is a prestigious film festival in the world and every celebrity wishes to be a part of the biggest event at least once in their lifetime. Meanwhile, Allu Sirish has grabbed the opportunity and has been to the film festival. Sirish participated in multiple events over there and shared his experience via Twitter. The young hero felt that Telugu cinema deserves much more appreciation and recognition at the International film festival.

Sonam Kapoor is considered as a Fashion Icon in the film industry. Like every year, she took part in Cannes International Film Festival 2018 and promoted a brand that she is exclusively endorsing. She also participated in a charity dinner event hosted by a French NGO. Sonam Kapoor wore a designer outfit and shined on the red carpet beautifully. Sonam Kapoor, who is also representing international brand L’Oreal, walked the red carpet for the screening of The Homesman at the ongoing Cannes film festival.

Sonam Kapoor had done her hair in a faux bob. Chopard earrings and red lip colour finished off her look and must say the ‘Ranjhanaa’ actress looked just stunning. The 28-year-old actress will be walking the ramp tonight as well.

Prior to Sonam, only Mallika and Freida have walked the ramp this year. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan missed her date with Cannes as her flight got delayed due to an air traffic controllers’ strike in France. She will now take to the red carpet on May 20.

Contrary to her excellence in the fashion department, her Bollywood career is going nowhere.

She was last seen in the Yash Raj Production ‘Bewakoofiyan’ opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. The movie turned out to be a huge flop at the box office due to its loose screenplay and below-average performances by the lead pair.

Here’s hoping that Sonam will focus on her acting as well from now on, rather than simply getting dressed for appearances at film festivals.
