The Cyberabad police have taken the investigation on Q-net scam to the next level. The department has served notices to many celebrities across the country who were involved in the scam in any form. The notices were sent to around 500 people which also includes some big stalwarts.
Bollywood stars Shahrukh Khan, Boman Irani, Vivek Oberoi, Tollywood actors Allu Sirih and Pooja Hegde, Cricketers Like Yuvraj Singh are some of the prominent names who were served notices by the cops. All of them were asked to appear before Police by March 4. If they fail to do so, legal action would be taken on them, said the police forces.
Q-net was accused of running Ponzi scams in India, by cheating across three lakh people all over the country. Q-net scam was busted by Telangana police and around 57 people were arrested in 14 different cases on the company.
