Anushka Sharma, who is playing the leading lady of Salman Khan in his upcoming film ‘Sultan’, has reportedly slapped him.

This didn’t happen in real but on the reel. As per reports, Anushka had to slap Salman as the script demanded it. Even though she was reluctant to slap the superstar, the director convinced her saying the scene was very crucial for the film. Even Salman had to convince the actress to take it easy.

Despite all this, Anuhska was terrified while filming the scene.

Makers of ‘Sultan’ are leaving no stone unturned to make the film one of the most anticipated films of this year. Slated to release for Eid 2016, ‘Sultan’ is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Yash Raj Films.

The shooting has been progressing for a long time, but the lead actress has been finalized now. Sultan is set for release on the eve of Eid 2016. Incidentally, Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Raees’, is also targeted for Eid release, thus confirming the clash of the decade.
