Actress Deepika Padukone got married to her longtime boyfriend and another renowned actor Ranveer Singh, a couple of months back. Since then, the couple has made public appearances together only on a few occasions, but whenever they did, they sent some major couple goals to all the youngsters.
meanwhile, Deepika was conferred with ‘Maharashtrian of the year’ award by the government of Maharashtra. After receiving the award, she said that it was such an honor to get this prestigious award. She also stated that Bombay has adopted her with so much warmth that it has become her home now. Speaking about the politics, Deepika said that she is not very well aware of political affairs.
But the Padmaavat actress confessed that if given a chance in the cabinet, she would like to become the minister of Swacch Bharat mission. As she is quite interested in cleanliness and always wanted to promote it, Deepika wants to handle the Swacch Bharat Mission.
