King Nagarjuna’s upcoming flick ‘Om Namo Venkatesaya’ promotions are not on par with the expectations. Despite average trailer, this flick has done impressive business.

With three back to back 50 crores club movies, Nagarjuna has increased his market range. His upcoming movie ‘Om Namo Venkatesaya’ made headlines when it was announced under director K Raghavendra Rao with composer M M Keeravani. The audio was released on Sunday along with the trailer. But the released songs and promos are not very attractive. They seem like ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Ramadasu’. Still, the movie was sold out for 35 crores in the name of theatrical rights. Other 12 crores are fetched by Satellite rights. On a total, this movie bagged 47 crores as the pre-release business.

This movie has Anushka as Sanyasini along with Nagarjuna. Other top actors like Jagapathi Babu, Pragya Jaiswal, Rao Ramesh are present in this movie.

Akkineni Nagarjuna’s another devotional movie Om Namo Venkatesaya theatrical trailer is out now. The film has Anushka, Pragya Jaiswal, Sourabh, Jagapathi Babu,Vimala Raman and others is other lead roles.

The film is being directed by K Raghavendra Rao and music composed by MM Keeravani. Produced under the banner Sai Krupa Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The movie audio also launched today. The film has total 12 songs.

Continuing his audacious nature of accepting challenging roles and doing different kind of films, senior hero Nagarjuna Akkineni is now gearing up for a potential multistarrer.

Reportedly, Nagarjuna will team up with successful young hero Nikhil for a film to be directed by Chandoo Mondeti of ‘Premam’ fame. Chandoo claims to be a big fan of Nagarjuna and he used that to good effect in Chaitanya starrer Premam to please the Akkineni fans. On the other hand, Nikhil and Chandoo share good association and the latter has directed the former in hit film ‘Karthikeya’.

The project starring Nikhil and Nag is currently in discussions and we can expect an announcement soon.

Interim, Nag is busy with Om Namo Venkatesaya and Raju Gari Gadhi 2. After the success of Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada, Nikhil is said to be lining up a few more different subjects.

This devotional film is currently in post-production stage. Makers have announced February 10 as the release date.

Akkineni Nagarjuna’s forthcoming film Om Namo Venkatesaya has completed its shooting and the unit is busy with the post-production works. In a recent media interaction, Nagarjuna opined that the graphics play a huge role and he is not going to compromise on the quality of the graphics.

He further admitted that the film is ready it will release and not before that. The unit has now begun contemplating for release date.
