Bollywood superstar Salman Khan surprised everyone saying that he hates his best friend and actor Aamir Khan.

Aamir Khan’s latest movie ‘Dangal’ hit screens on December 23, today. Yesterday, Aamir held a special screening of the film for the industry people and the entire family of Salman Khan was also in attendance.

After watching Dangal, the ‘Sultan’ star took to Twitter and posted that even though he loves Aamir Khan personally, he hates him professionally. He explained that all his family members unilaterally concluded that ‘Dangal’ is a much better film than ‘Sultan’.

Responding to Salman Khan’s tweet, Aamir said that he could feel love in the ‘hate’ tweet of Salman.

Both Dangal and Sultan are made based on the real life stories of wrestlers. While Sultan has already emerged a blockbuster, Dangal is expected to surpass it as it has been receiving exceptional reviews.

In a recent episode of Koffee with Karan, Aamir explained that he was not scared by the release of Sultan before Dangal. He was rather happy because he expected the audience will definitely show interest to compare both the superstars wrestling movies. He was right because you can compare the wrestling part very well because of the intricacies and details that were shown in Dangal than the superficial moves and scenes shown in Sultan. Keeping the detailing and perfection aside, does Dangal work? Oh , yes, big time.

Dangal is a based on real life characters from the Phogat family in Haryana. Mahaveer Singh Phogat (Aamir Khan) is a national champion who had to give him his love for wrestling as it didn’t give him ‘roti, ‘kapda’ aur ‘makaan’. He wishes to get his dream fulfilled by having a boy child. To go against his dream, destiny gives him a girl child. He then takes all the “100% guarantee “from his friends, family and the people in the village only to end up with a second girl child. The saga continues for two more girls with him ending up as a father of four girls. One fine day, when his two older girls Geeta and Babita beat the crap out of two classmates, Mr. Phogat realizes that Phelwani is in the blood, so he determines to make his two daughters win gold for India and that becomes his one and only dream. The rest of the film is about the mentoring they undergo, their challenges, and of course how they make him proud.

Dangal’s best part is its writing. Very strategic yet organic at the same time. Phogat’s wrestling skills were shown right at the beginning to establish that he was a skilled and strong wrestler. The progress in the girls learning is also shown very naturally, without making it look like they have learnt it overnight. There are some striking scenes where you just can’t turn your eyes off. The second best part of Dangal is its casting. Nothing less than amazing. The girls who played the junior Geeta and Babita, were extra-ordinary and unmistakably represented what they went through. The seniors were amazing too. There’s a character of a nephew of Phogat who keeps the humour intact. The whole story is narrated by him. There was nothing much to really talk about Aamir Khan ‘s acting though expect for the mind-blowing transformations he has done as per the ages and stages he is in the movie.

Nitesh Tiwari, is the husband of Ashwini Iyer Tiwari who made Nil Battey Sannate this year. This Jodi is incredible. Nitesh handles the movie with great finesse with a grip no less than expert.

The pitfalls of the film is its length, and the second half which is not so consistent in keeping the proceedings interesting. The movie in the second half starts sounding so much like Chak De and some dialogues were mediocre. Some matches were utterly predictable.

However, Dangal in totality is a great experience to watch.

Bollywood perfectionist Actor Aamir Khan on Sunday came to Hyderabad to interact with the local media regarding his upcoming film Dangal. The film Dangal is an incredible true story of a living legend Mahaveer Phogat and his daughters. The film is releasing on 23rd of this month. While at the press meet, the actor was asked several questions. When asked about with whom he wanted to work in Telugu film industry, the actor said, ““I look forward to an opportunity to work with Pawan Kalyan, and I also like his brother Chiranjeevi’s work,” . Also, Aamir Khan revealed his interest in being a part of Mahabharatha if S S Rajamouli is making it. “I’m a huge fan of Rajamouli’s work and if he ever plans to make ‘Mahabharata,’ I’d love to play Krishna or Karna but end up choosing Krishna,” Aamir told.

Aamir Khan’s wife Kiran Rao’s apartment in Bandra has been broken into and jewellery worth Rs 50 lakh has been reported missing. A complaint has been filed by Kiran’s relative and the Mumbai police have registered a FIR under Section 453 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the complaint, it is reported that Kiran Rao discovered the missing status of her ring and a diamond necklace. She quickly notified her relative about the same and the cops are in search for culprits.

The report states that the police have questioned three of their domestic helps over the last five days. The theft occurred sometime last week.

However, both Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao have not opened up about the issue and decided to remain mum about the issue.

Bollywood star hero Aamir Khan has responded to Salman Khan’s controversial comments on rape and said that his fellow superstar’s analogy was unfortunate and insensitive.

Aamir Khan, who was speaking to media at the poster launch of his new film ‘Dangal,’, said that he wasn’t present when the issue happened but if Salman had really said those words then it was unfortunate, unintentional and insensitive. He added that he was not a qualified person to advise Salman on this issue. Aamir put a full stop to the matter by saying that he is yet to speak to Salman on this issue.

It may be noted that Salman Khan had landed himself in soup after he compared himself to a raped woman while talking about the gruelling and physically demanding shooting schedule of his upcoming wrestling drama ‘Sultan.’

The actor has yet to apologize to women’s groups over his choice of words.

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s wife and film director Kiran Rao has lodged a complaint with Cyber Crime department at BandraKurla Complex in Mumbai against an unidentified person for creating her fake Facebook account and also chatting with her family and friends.

Kiran Rao, 42, registered the complaint alleging that the impersonator has uploaded her picture on FB to make others believe that it is actually she. Sources claimed that Kiran Rao submitted a written application to the cyber crime department complaining that it was after some of her friends told her about a series of chats on FB she visited the fake profile to learn that somebody uploaded her picture to impersonate her.

After registering the case, the probe has been initiated. Police refused to divulge further details regarding this matter calling it a sensitive issue. Even Kiran Rao hasn’t responded to the queries of media.

Bollywood star hero Aamir Khan has purchased a 150cc Bajaj motorcycle which is made of the scrap metal of INS Vikrant, India’s first aircraft carrier.

The vehicle was handed over to Aamir Khan at his residence in Mumbai by Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj Auto.

Aamir Khan was inspired to buy the Bajaj V15 when he learnt that it contains metal from INS Vikrant. It was customized for Aamir, and the initial A is embossed on the fuel tank.

Aamir, who is known for his passion towards national causes, said in a statement, “The V is a special bike, and I wouldn’t compare it with anything else. It has a piece of history ingrained into it. For me, it’s a proud moment to own a piece of metal from INS Vikrant which was the military pride of India for decades.”

INS Vikrant was the first aircraft carrier of the Indian Navy. It was decommissioned in January 1997 after years of distinguished service.
