Varun Tej, the mega prince who recently scored a blockbuster with the film Fun & Frustration is happy with the progress of his career. The actor will next be seen in the official remake of the movie Jigarthanda, a super hit film in Tamil that has Siddarth and Bobby Simha in the leads.
The Telugu version of the movie is titled as Valmiki and the official launch of the film took place yesterday in Hyderabad. The first clap was given by Niharika Konidela while the top directors VV Vinayak and Sukumar performed the other honours. Dil Raju also graced the occasion and the film is bankrolled under 14 Reels Plus banner, which belongs to Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta.
Sree Vishnu is playing Siddarth’s role in the film while Varun will be seen in the role played by Bobby Simha. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film.
