Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is currently playing the lead role in Sui Dhaaga. Sharath Katariya is the director of the movie and the makers have chosen ‘Made In India’ concept for the film. The film traces the journey of an unemployed small-town man who defies all odds and naysayers to start his own garment business.
The makers recently launched the theatrical trailer of the film that went viral on the social media. Meanwhile, the film’s lead hero Varun gifted a special shirt to his father David Dhawan on the occasion of his birthday. Varun gave it a thought and finally decided to gift something that his father would never expect.
“It always difficult to surprise him .Pa dekho tumhara beta #SuiDhaaga mein maahir ho gaya! ? I can not do tailoring like a professional but I learned it for the film. Still, my father thinks that I am a normal young guy but I wanted to prove that I am a grown-up person by weaving a shirt for him.” Varun Dhawan posted on his Twitter profile along with the video where he weaved the shirt for his father.

The movie is scheduled for a grand release on 28th September.
