A few days back, Erramanzil court has ordered actor to pay the due remuneration of director YVS Chowdary within a span of 30 days. Now, the director has lodged another complaint on Mohan Babu saying that the renowned actor has criminally trespassed his property.

In his official legal statement, YVS Chowdary stated that he purchased a land Jalapally village, along with Mohan Babu in 2009. While YVS opted to leave the land vacant, Mohan Babu built property in his owned land. But apparently, the actor developed an idea of acquiring Chowdary’s land, which is adjoining the site.

The statement further stated that after the decision made by Erramnazil court on cheque bounce case, Mohan Babu has erected a wall and closed the entry to Chowdray’s site, without taking any permissions from the local authorities. If he fails to remove the board in seven days, Chowdary would lodge criminal charges on him, stated the legal notice.

Sai Dharam Tej is currently looking forward for his upcoming films. Sai Dharam Tej is going to act in the direction of Gopichand Malineni as his next film. Dharam’s first film is Rey but it flopped at the box office. Still Sai Dharam feels that it was very special for him.

After achieving hits like “Uyyala Jampalaa” and “Cinema Chupista Mama” hero Raj Tarun is quite anxious about his next release “Kumari 21F.” Sukumar produced Kumari 21F would be releasing on 20th of November. Meanwhile, Raj Tarun has accepted do another crazy project that will be directed by YVS Chowdary.

In the shooting of “Kumari 21F,” Y.V.S approached Raj Tarun with a fresh concept. Raj Tarun, who got excited after, listening to the story gave a nod to this youthful director.

Y.V.S, who gave youthful hits to some young heroes, will direct Raj Tarun in a fresh love story in his style.

If we look back, Chowdary, who gave hits like Lahiri Lahiri Lahirilo, Yuvaraju, Seetayya and Devadasu, slowly faded away from the limelight after giving continues flops. Later on, he turned as a producer and made Ravi Teja-Gunashekar’s “Nippu” and “Rey”. With these two films becoming a nightmare to the audience, Chowdhary also became a flop producer.

While lots of bad luck wandering around him, many criticized that he should pack up and leave home.

With such situation surrounding him, Y.V.S took his next film as a prestigious one and is banking upon Raj Tarun. He is eagerly waiting to regain his lost charisma and shut the rumours.

YVS Chowdary is stated to have kept his personal assets at stake for the release of his flick “Rey”. He has been struck with the release of this flick from the past few years. Even Mega Family didn’t solve these issues and Sai Dharam Teja’s second venture, “Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham” got released in the mean time.

As per the reports, YVS Chowdary came on to the media and revealed that this flick will hit the screens soon and all the financiers and the producers are helping him to release this flick as soon as possible. If this turns true, we can expect this venture to hit the screens soon.

To the question posed on the personal assets at stake for “Rey”, Chowdary didn’t reveal anything to the media. He maintained tight lipped status and he said that problems are common in lives and they will get cleared soon.

Now the latest buzz in the film nagar is that Power Star Pawan Kalyan is not happy with a popular Tollywood Director and he is none other than YVS Chowdary. He started a film three years back with a debutant Mega Hero Sai Dharam Tej and still he is not able to release the film.

As per the reports Pawan Kalyan handled the responsibilities of launching Sai Dharam Tej to Tollywood under YVS Chowdary direction. The movie has been titled as REY and the movie started 3 years back but the director failed to complete the film till now. Another buzz is that Pawan Kalyan already helped YVS financially for this flick but still he is unable to complete the movie.So, Pawan is unhappy with this director cum producer.
