The teaser of Ram Charan’s upcoming film ‘Dhruva’ has been unveiled on the eve of Dasara festival and it looks to be the best teaser of his career.

The stylish action entertainer has slick visuals, perfect cuts, terrific background score and of course the impactful screen presence of Ram Charan. The dialogue ‘Nee Snehithudu evaro telisthe nee character telusthundi.. nee shathruvu evaro telisthe nee capacity telusthundi.. na shathruvuni nenu select chesukunna’ reveals the theme of the film.

The story is all about the cat and mouse game between a sincere police officer and an intelligent scientist who runs the entire system through his illegal medical syndicate. Arvind Swamy who played the stylish yet ruthless villain in the Tamil original ‘Thani Oruvan’ is reprising his character in the remake. This Surender Reddy directorial is gearing up for grand release in December this year.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan after getting free from sister Sreeja’s wedding took some gap and is going to get back to the action mode now. Ram Charan who signed the official remake of Thani Oruvan in Telugu already began the shoot. He is currently undergoing the rest period. The film which completed two shooting schedules already will be shifted to Kashmir for its next film schedule. Surender Reddy is the director of the film. Geetha Arts is producing the film. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the female lead. This is the second film for both Ram Charan and Rakul as they previously romanced in Bruce Lee-The Fighter.

Already a schedule is progressing in Hyderabad where the scenes on character artists and other actors are being canned. Aravind Swamy who played an important role in the original is reprising his own role in the film too. Soon after wrapping up the Kashmir schedule, the makers will start another schedule in Hyderabad for a month with which the entire shoot gets completed. Hip Hop Tamizh is the music director for the film. The film is expected to hit the screens for Dasara.

Once Charan is done with this film, he will join hands with Sukumar for another interesting film.

As per latest reports, Ram Charan has signed his next film to be directed by creative director Sukumar, who has recently delivered a hit with Nannaku Prematho.

It is said that Sukumar has already started script works for Charan’s movie to be made on high budget. BVSN Prasad, who produced NTR-SUkumar’s Nannaku Prematho, is likely to produce Ram Charan and Sukumar combination film.

If everything falls into place, this film is likely to go on floors after Charan wraps up his film with Surender Reddy, Thani Oruvan remake, which is expected to release for Dussehra festival.

It may be noted that during the promotional interviews of Nannaku Prematho, Sukumar has revealed that he is thinking of quitting direction after doing three more films. Charan’s film will be one among them we believe. Sukumar will continue producing and writing small budget films, though.

Actress Ileana will act opposite Mega Power Star Ram Charan in a Telugu remake of Tamil hit movie Thani Oruvan.

Waist beauty Ileana, who ruled Tollywood for few years, has films in neither Hindi nor Telugu at the moment. Her attempt to make it big in Bollywood has proved a blatant step as she also tasted miserable failure just like Asin.

Recently, there has been buzz that Ileana will do an item number in “Bruce Lee”. Her sudden appearance at the 60th birthday bash of megastar almost confirmed this news. However, there was no item song in Bruce Lee.

Now, reports are emerging that she will romance Ram Charan in Thani Oruvan Telugu remake. Despite the name of Amyra Dastur is strongly heard, it seems that Ileana has also been approached now.

Mega power star Ram Charan is busy with his upcoming film “Bruce Lee” and the team planning to release the movie on October 16th by completing all the formalities. Meanwhile Mega heroes Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej are also getting ready with their movie releases lined up in next month. Now the latest buzz is that Pawan Kalyan will be giving the voice over to Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee movie.

Another buzz in the industry is that many films are getting releasing in next from Mega family so that Bruce Lee movie might be postponed to November. But the Bruce Lee team planning to release the film for Dussehra festival at any cost.

So far Ram Charan acted only straight movies and never acted in remake movies. Now the interesting news is that soon Ram Charan will be seen in a Telugu remake of Tamil movie “Thani Oruvan”. As per the reports Ram Charan is so impressed with Tamil thriller “Thani Oruvan” and he is planning to act in its Telugu remake. The talks
for the Telugu remake rights are still going on.

However, nothing has been yet finalized but Ram Charan willing to act in Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan if he finds the suitable director!!

That’s right, Jam Ravi is all set to star with another hero, and it will be in his upcoming flick Thani Oruvan, in which he stars opposite Nayantara!

The movie is reported to be a romantic – action thriller, in other words a pop corn munching entertainer, and it’s director M Raja who also just happens to be his brother, has designed the story in such a way that there is scope for another hero in there as well.

According to sources, Raja is currently in talks with his close friends in the industry – Jiiva and Arya – and quite possibly one of them may end up playing the role in question.

Nayantara is playing an aspiring police officer in the flick, and she will no doubt play the romantic interest of the hero. But here’s where it gets confusing – Ganesh Venkataraman, who is also playing a pivotal role in the film, says Ravi, Nayan and he are close ‘friends’ in the movie.

Apparently, the theme of friendship will be an important one in this story.

Raja’s previous films have mostly been remakes but this one which he scripted himself is an original story and a real experimental one according to him.
“I put my heart and soul in to penning it.” He adds.

The film is being produced by AGS Entertainment and the locations of filming have been very diverse so far.

Shooting, which began in December 2013, has already covered locations like Chennai, Bangalore, Dehradun, Rishikesh and Hyderabad among others. The next schedule is all set to begin in Mussorie.

From the sounds of it, the ‘cop’ angle is a central one with many locations being sites of police training facilities.
