Thala Ajith’s Vivegam is all set to release on August 10th, and all his fans are extremely excited to see their idol make an appearance on the silver screen after almost two years. Another interesting factor is that the teaser of Vivegam has been continuously breaking records on YouTube since its release.

The teaser now has 504,301 likes and has beaten the records created by big Tamil films. Now, the teaser’s likes has beaten the likes garnered by Salman Khan’s latest release, Tubelight’s teaser. Tubelight’s teaser has 503,097 likes, which on its own is a huge record.

Even before the release, Vivegam is getting a lot of positive attention with the success of its single tracks and the teaser. A lot of expectations are to be satisfied, and let’s wait for 10th August!

Thala Ajith is the super star in Kollywood who enjoys a major fan base after Rajinikanth. Ajith Kumar also has a huge fan base with fans spread all over the world. Meanwhile, the update is that the fans are trying to come up with the erection of a huge idol for him. The actor is currently busy with the shooting of the film Vivegam and the makers recently revealed the teaser of the film.

Within a span of few hours, the teaser has got a record number of views. There is an interesting scene in the teaser which the fans now wanted to make use of to erect a huge idol. The fans, in the past, established idols for heroes Vijayakanth and Vijay.

Ajith has hurt himself on the sets of Vivegam has his fans across the globe worried. The star was performing a daredevil fight sequence when the mishap occurred, injuring him in the shoulders. Apparently, Ajith had the option to use a body double for this stunt sequence, but he insisted on doing it himself which led to the accident.

He was immediately given first aid and was on medication for some time. It is learnt that Ajith did not want the news about his injury leaking out to the media as it would have his fans worried and distressed.

This is not the first time that Ajith has been injured on the sets as he has met with a couple of accidents while shooting for films earlier. In fact, he had to stay out of action for nearly eight months after completing Vedhalam as he had to undergo a surgery. Sources close to the film unit say that Ajith has recovered from the injuries with medication, rest and therapy and there is nothing to worry.

Vivegam, directed by Siva, is in the final stages of production. The shooting is currently on in Europe, and the team will be returning to Chennai soon. Starring Kajal Aggarwal and Akshara Haasan as the female leads, Vivegam also has Bollywood actors Vivek Oberoi and Arav Chowdhury playing the antagonists.

Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer for this magnum opus that is being bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films’ Senthil Thyagarajan, Arjun Thyagarajan and T. G. Thyagarajan. The film is getting ready for a massive release on August 10th to cash in on the long Independence Day weekend.
