Tollywood young hero Raj Tarun’s new movie titled “Lover” has completed censor formalities and it has been awarded with U/A certificate from the censor board. The movie is all set for a big release on the 20th of this month. Riddhi Kumar is pairing up with Raj Tarun in this flick.

The movie is a love story of a Bike Customizer and a Nurse, it is directed by Aneesh Krishna, who directed earlier Ala Ela. Dil Raju’s nephew Harshith Reddy is producing the love story. Six music directors scored the music for this flick.

From the past few days, a rumored list of contestants being a part of Bigg Boss season 2 is trending on the social media. Many media houses have carried the news but there is no official confirmation on the same. Recently, two actors from the list have given clarity about their involvement in Bigg Boss season 2. The first one to come out with a statement is Chandini Chowdary.

Chandini Chowdary who acted as a heroine in the films like Ketugadu and Kundanapu Bomma has confirmed on Instagram that she is not going to be a part of Bigg Boss season 2 and called it as a rumor. On the other hand, the young hero Tarun sent a press statement revealing that he neither has intention nor interest to be a part of Bigg Boss.

The organizers actually planned to include common men in Bigg Boss this time and hence the list which is trending on the social media is nothing but a false list.

Every friday/every release day changes the fate of people who work in film industry be it actors or technicians. Lover boy Tarun, who enjoyed a great following from girls for his looks and love stories is now faded with time and his choices. His charishama, his following and buzz that sorrounding him is limited to TV screens, when his previous blockbuster movies are playing. He is testing his luck again with a new movie which is a Kannada remake under the direction of Ramesh Gopi and is produced by SV Prakash. Trailer of the movie is interesting which has some glimpses of vintage Tarun which co-stars Tamil Biggboss fame Oviya. Let’s see how it works on us.

Story

Abhiram (Tarun) is an ad filmmaker and his sister sets him on a trip to Araku Valley with an expectation of hooking him up with her fiance’s sister Sruthi. She lives in Araku Valley and Abhi comes there with her sister’s words. He meets Abhinaya (Oviya) and he falls for her as they share their past love stories with each other when they both are together. They are happy in love but the expectations of Abhiram on his girlfriend are not met by her, he disappoints. What happens next is crux of the story.

Cast and performance

Tarun as Abhiram is nice. He is still as good as his vintage self and he can bounce back strong with better and nice scripts. Tamil Biggboss fame Oviya is good. Her looks are nice. Her performance is fine for her role. Manchu Manoj who comes for a small role in the movie is good. All other actors are okay.

Writing Department

Plot of Idhi naa love story is interesting but the badly written screenplay along with overboard punch dialogues made it a very lame script.

Technical Departments

Songs composed by Srinath Vijay are okay. Background score is composed good. Cinematography by Christopher Joesph is good. Editing is too bad and it could be a lot much better.

Art work is fine and Production values are good.

Idhi naa love story is said to be a come-back film for lover boy Tarun on this Valentines day. This is a movie with a story about the meet of two people who has past relationships with heartbreaks and how the two become one as soulmates. When looked at the story in a single line or as synopsis it looks interesting but the screenplay the writers of the movie has written is very bad and it doesn’t entertain anyone except for the makers and may be even not them also. We generally have one-liners and punch dialogues to generate comedy or an emotion in our movies but they are written according to the situation and requirement. The punch dialogues in this movie go overboard and does not serve any purpose other than irritating audience with their rhyming phrases. Director Ramesh Gopi has done a very bad work in directing this movie although it’s a remake. He underestimated the audience IQ levels and injected whatever he find entertaining in his sense which resulted in boredom. No single technical department is used to the fullest and a very bad script in the first place spoil them if any. We can see audience leaving the theatre even in the first half because of the uninspiring content it delivers. To sum up, Idhi Naa Love Story is another big disappointment for Tarun.

Actor Tarun’s romantic love story movie Idi Naa Love Story is all set for a grand release on tomorrow (February 14, 2018) on the eve of Valentine’s day. Tamil Bigg Boss fame Oviya is playing the female lead role opposite Tarun in the movie. The film is a remake of the 2013 hit Kannada film, Simple Agi Ondh Love Story.

The Tamil version of reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ which has been in the news for several controversies, is back in the news for another wrong reason. Oviya Helen, one of the contestants in the reality show, has tried to commit suicide by drowning herself in the swimming pool.

The reason for taking the extreme step is heard to be Aarav, another housemate and it seems they are in a love affair. However, Oviya was rescued from drowning from the fellow contestants.

Oviya has become an overnight sensation in the reality show, and she will be debuting in Telugu with ‘Idi Naa Love Story’ featuring Tarun as the hero. The movie is expected to hit the screens soon.

Nandu attends SIT investigation in Tollywood Drugs case as he is the last to interrogate in the 1st list of 12 Tollywood celebrities. In 2 days SIT will present charge sheet in court regarding their interrogation.

A day after the Prohibition and Excise officials sent notices to some people from the Telugu film industry in connection with the drug racket, a list of names began doing rounds in the media since Friday morning.

The list includes popular director Puri Jagannadh, actors Ravi Teja, Tarun, Navdeep, Taneesh, Subbaraju, Nandu, actresses Charmee Kaur, Mumaith Khan, cinematographer Shyam K Naidu, art directors Chinna Dharma Rao and Srinivasa Rao.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Prohibition and Excise Enforcement Wing sent notices to the film personalities asking them to personally appear before it for inquiry between July 19 and 27.

However, it is heard that the officers found difficult to send notices to Mumaith Khan as there is no clarity in her address. It is learnt that Mumaith has been living in a teacher’s house in Somjajiguda, Hyderabad.

The Excise officials also came to know that she is participating in a TV show in Pune. So, they decided to send police officials to Pune very soon.
