Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty was one of the leading action heroes out there in the 1990s. He is fondly called as Anna in the industry and is known for his work in the films like Dhadkan, Border, Hera Pheri and Phir Hera Pheri. Now, this actor is all set to make his debut in Tollywood.

According to the latest buzz, Suniel Shetty will portray a key role in upcoming Varun Tej’s flick in the direction of debutant Kiran Korrapati. Touted to be a sports drama, Varun will be seen in the role of a boxer in the film. He is currently undergoing intensive training to get the look of a boxer.

Speaking about the Shetty’s inclusion in the film, the director said, ” The movie is going to be a sports drama, something on the lines of Salman Khan’s Sultan. We have approached Suniel Shetty to essay a key role and intrigued by the character, he immediately came on board.” The film will hit the screens in the latter half of this year.

After launching Sunil Shetty’s daughter Athiya, now Salman Khan is getting ready to launch Sunil’s son Ahan Shetty in Bollywood.

In the recent times, Bollywood super star Salman Khan seems to have taken up the responsibility of launching star kids.

Post launching hero Shathrughna Sinha’s daughter Sonakhsi Sinha in his blockbuster film ‘Dabangg’ in 2010, this year he launched two star kids, Suraj Pancholi (son of yesteryear actor Aditya Pancholi) and Athiya Shetty (daughter of yesteryear hero Sunil Shetty) in his production venture ‘Hero’.

Sources now said that Salman is gearing up to launch the son of Sunil Shetty, Ahan Shetty. An announcement will be made by Salman himself in near future as this project is still under development stages.

After introducing Sunil Shetty’s daughter Athiya, Salman is doing a favor to the family by launching Ahan Shetty.

This sure is the season of Bollywood celebs appearing in the Courts. The new addition to the list is Anna Suniel Shetty, against whom a stunt man had filed a defamation case. Suniel appeared in the court in the midst of media attention.

The accusations started off when Puran Chauhan, a Bollywood stuntman complained about the special treatment given to Suniel Shetty as an actor in cases of heavy duty stunts. The Court was willing to hear to the normal technician, pushing aside any discrimination between regular people and actors.

“When Law is equal for all, Shetty should be treated as any other ordinary accused and should not be given any special treatment. The proceedings should have been conducted in the open court” said the grieving stuntman appalled at the treatment.

However, despite all the theatrics in the name of equality, bail was granted to the actor. There were hush hush whispers that some of the judiciary staff went all partial with the star, clicking pictures with him inside the chamber of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Savitri, who was instrumental in letting Suniel go.

After a one and half gruelling hearing of the session, the Bollywood actor was also served soup in the CMM s chamber.

The defamation case was filed last October and the hearing is now again fixed for 16th of this month.

Shetty was also given a last chance to appear before the court this March without any fail, and INR 20,000 was slammed as a fine on the actor twice when he failed to show up.
