Anushka Shetty’s much-awaited film Size Zero is all set for a grand release worldwide on 27th of this month, and the movie has also completed its censor formalities recently and awarded with “U/A” certificate from the censor board. The movie team expected clean U certificate for the film, but the censor board shocked them with U/A certificate.

The reason behind U/A certificate is that the film has a lip lock scene between Anushka and Arya, and this scene makes the board members to give the U/A. Anusha Shetty is playing the role obese girl while Arya plays her husband role. The movie deals with the story of fat girls and their marriage troubles. Size Zero is said to be a romantic comedy entertainer.

The movie is releasing both in Telugu and Tamil versions and directed by K Prakash. PVP Prasad produces it, and MM Keeravani scored the music.

Veteran Telugu Director K.Raghavendra Rao’a son Prakash Kovelamudi’s directorial ‘Size Zero’ is gaining a good buzz among Telugu audience. The recent development has that nine celebrities across Telugu and Tamil are seen in guest roles.

‘Size Zero’ has Arya, Anushka Shetty and Sonal Chauhan in the lead roles. Additional to this, heroes Nagarjuna, Rana Daguubati, Jiva along with heroines Tamannaah, Kajal Agarwal, Hansika, Manchu Lakshmi, Sri Divya and Revathi will be seen in guest roles, say sources.

Anushka Shetty plays the role of a girl who falls in love with hero Arya but has overweight. The posters, trailers and audio are gaining good response from viewers and listeners.

To perform the character of a fat girl, Anushka roughly got on a 20Kg additional weight to mesmerize in a variety character.

Prasad V Potluri is producing this film under the banner of PVP. M.M.Keeravani is the music director while Nirav Shah is the cinematographer.

Once Anushka completes the shooting Baahubali-2, Singham-3 and Bhagamathi, she joins this new film.
