Director Teja is coming with his new film, which is a female-oriented on, titled ‘Sita’, starring Kajal Agarwal & Sreenivas Bellamkonda. The film has completed it’s censor works and was certified ‘U/A’, with a run time of 161 Mins 22 Seconds.

The film is a modern take on Ramayana and Kajal plays the role of Sita Devi, while Sreenivas Bellamkonda plays the role of Rama. The only change is that Sita’s character design, which is completely contrary to the one in books and is also inspired by the traits of modern women. After ‘Nene Raju – Nene Manthri’, Teja has signed ‘NTR Biopic’. Due to the vastness of the content to be covered, he dropped from the project and made ‘Sita’.

Produced by Anil Sunkar, the film is all set to release on 24th of May, 2019.

Payal Rajput is the young heroine of Tollywood film industry who mesmerized everyone greatly with the film RX100. The film which marked her debut has garnered big name and fame for the actress. Young Hero Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has faced nothing but failures ever since his debut. After scoring another debacle with ‘Kavacham’, Bellamkonda hero is going to team up with Kajal Agarwal and is going to come up with ‘Sita’.

Touted to be a romantic entertainer, Teja is helming this project. After creating a huge buzz around the film, just with the posters of the movie, The makers have now unveiled the teaser of the film. The 1-minute video showcased how the movie is going to be and also gave us a good glimpse at the characters of the film. It is evident that Kajal Agarwal is going to play a negative shaded role who has so many enemies whereas Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas who played only rough characters till now is going to play the role of Raghuram, an innocent soft-hearted guy whose job is to protect Kajal. The teacher also hinted that there will be a rift between Kajal and Bellamkonda. Overall, the teaser has created a positive impact and we have to wait and see how far the movie is going to impress the audience.

Ramabrammam Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner is bankrolling this project. Anup Rubens is composing tunes for this film which is slated for a grand worldwide release in April.

According to the latest reports, Payal will be dancing off for a special song in director Teja’s upcoming film, Sita. She will shake her legs with hero Bellamkonda Srinivas in this peppy track composed by Anup Rubens. The shoot of this song will commence very soon in Hyderabad.

Sita is being produced by Anil Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner. It has Kajal as the female lead and Sonu Sood will be seen in a key role. The film is slated to release on April 25th. Meanwhile, Payal Rajput has also signed some other big flicks like Venky Mama and Disco Raja.

Director Teja is one of the most aggressive and angry filmmakers working in the Telugu film industry. If he doesn’t get what he desired for in the shoot, the director simply yells at the actors. Teja himself revealed this info in many of his interviews. People also say that he lost the chance of directing NTR biopic due to this attitude.

Meanwhile, the latest sources reveal that Teja has done something similar on the sets of his upcoming film Sita recently. It seems that the director yelled at hero Bellamkonda Sreenivas for not getting his look right in one of the scenes. Entire set including Sreenivas was shocked by the incident.

Later, Teja got calm and resumed the shoot. But the incident has now become a talk of the town. Sita features Kajal as the female lead. The film is expected to hit the screens in the month of May.

RX100 is the super successful film that released last year. The movie has become a big hit and the producers bagged a lot of profits on the project. The film’s heroine Payal Rajput is one of the reasons for the success of the movie and she is being flooded with a lot of offers.

After few years, differences cropped up and led to divorce. After the divorce, they still continued their cinema journey but separately.

After 25 years, now Tamil director Ramesh has succeeded in bringing these two together on screen in his new directorial venture ‘Oru Melliya Kodu’. This film is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Kannada.
