Versatile actress Sita, who has established her as a well known character artist down south, is gearing up to act alongside her ex-husband.
Sita had played female lead roles in many Telugu and Tamil films in the 70s and 80s. After acting alongside Tamil actor Parthiban in ‘Paadiyapudai’, the pair fell in love and married. After few years, differences cropped up and led to divorce. After the divorce, they still continued their cinema journey but separately.
After 25 years, now Tamil director Ramesh has succeeded in bringing these two together on screen in his new directorial venture ‘Oru Melliya Kodu’. This film is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Kannada.
