She is said to be revealing her happiness of having Simbhu back in her life, with her friends. Hansika wanted to focus on work and does not want the past egos to come in the present relationships.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s biggest blockbuster Atharintiki Daredi is getting remade in the Tamil language now. Since the time the announcement has come, there was a positive buzz on the project. Lyca Productions, the leading production house grabbed the rights and announced the project in the combination of star hero Simbhu and director Sunder C.

This 2013 Telugu blockbuster has got a title finally. The film unit, on the occasion of Deepavali festival, announced the film’s title as Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven . Catherine Tresa, Megha Akash are the heroines in the movie. Hip-hop Tamizha is the music director of the movie.

Actor Simbhu is in the news now. Apparently, he is involved in a legal case where the court has ordered him to return an advance that he has taken for a film. The actor moved on from the original project and is focusing on the other films which resulted in more troubles for the actor.

Simbhu took an advance of 50 lakh rupees from Fashion Movie Makers in 2013 for a film called Arasan. The actor failed to make himself available for the film resulting in the producers approaching the court. The court already gave a verdict to return the advance along with the interest. The court also said that they will seize the properties of Simbhu if he fails to pay the advance back.

The court specified a time frame which Simbhu did not follow and the case has come for the hearing again. The court declared a verdict that the hero has to pay 85 lakhs to the producers and asked him to reveal a date of when he would pay the amount. The deadline that the court has put is 31st of this month. If Simbhu fails to respond, the court will seize the property of Simbhu.

As per the reports from Kollywood media, popular star Simbu received a shocking decision from Chennai High court with a connection to an advance that he received from a production house. The court ordered him to pay back Rs 85 lakh rupees including the interest and also informed that his house will be seized in case of not following the court’s decision.

Simbhu signed for a film Arasan with a production house Fashion. This was way back in 2013 and he took an advance of 50 lakhs from the producers. Simbhu did not come forward to do the film since then and the producers have approached the court for justice. The court has ordered Simbhu to pay back the money in four days and if he fails to do so, his house will be seized.

Sometime back, the popular Tamil production house announced that they bagged the remake rights of the Telugu blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi. Tamil star hero Simbu is currently busy with the preparation of his next movie in the direction of Venkat Prabhu. The actor who is always involved in the controversies is now planning to cut down his remuneration to start accepting more offers. The actor recently finished shooting for his part in Mani Ratnam’s next titled as Nawab.

The latest development in the industry is that the sources close to the actor have advised him to be considerate about the remuneration as he has no proper hit in the recent times. For the film in the direction of Venkat Prabhu, Simbhu is said to be taking half the amount he usually charges.

Michael Rayappan, the producer of AAA, had mounted allegation on him of unprofessional behaviour and held him responsible for the loss he incurred due to the actor’s lack of commitment.

Reacting to the controversy, Simbu said that people are curious to know his side of the story and the actor admits that he too is at fault. “I agree my film AAA did not do well. For fans, we did a jolly film which did not work. It should have been a 1 part film, but due to the budget issue, we had to make it a 2 part film,” Behindwoods quotes him as saying.

Simbu said that they had issues, but felt that the producer could have spoken to him and there was no need to rake up the issue six months after the film’s release. Recently, Michael Rayappan made allegations about Simbu’s unprofessional behaviour during the making of their AAA. He narrated a lengthy story to explain in detail about the alleged issues that he faced from the actor.

Michael Rayappa went on to claim that he suffered massive losses due to Simbu’s unprofessionalism. The actor’s instant response was that he was not responsible for anyone post a film’s release and stated that the producer was yet to clear his pending salary of Rs 3.5 crore. Following the issue, there were rumours that a red card might be issued by the Tamil Nadu Producers Council against Simbu and he might miss out Mani Ratnam’s next film due to this unexpected development.

“People might prevent me from acting, but they cannot stop me from entertaining the viewers,” he said. The actor has also stated in another interview that he is still very much part of Mani Ratnam’s flick and the shooting will commence on January 20.
