Of late, talented actress Sai Pallavi has been going through a lean phase of her career. Her last film was Suriya’s NGK, which flopped badly in both Tamil and Telugu. Now, her recent Malayalam film Athiran is being dubbed into Telugu with the same title. The dubbed version of the film was announced long back.

The makers have also released the teaser and planned to release it simultaneously with the original version. But due to some unknown reasons, the release has been pushed. according to the latest sources, it is being heard that the film will now release in the month of August.

Athiran is a thriller which is set up in 19070s. Fahad Fazil played the lead role in it. Prakash Raj and Atul Kulkarni played the key roles in it. It is directed by Vivek. Currently, the dubbing works are going on and the official release date will be announced soon.

We are already aware that director Shekhar Kammula has launched his new film with Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi as leads. Shekhar shelved the movie he was supposed to make with newcomers and shifted his focus now on this project. Apparently, this film will be a new age love story.

According to the sources, Naga Chaitanya will be seen as a Telangana boy in the movie. Thus, Shekhar has asked him to learn the dialect. Currently, Chay is busy learning the Telangana accent under a language trainer. The regular shoot of this film will commence soon.

Sai Pallavi will be seen as a dancer in the movie. As it is Shekhar’s immediate film after Fidaa, there are a lot of expectations on it. Narayan Das Narang and P. Ram Mohan Rao are jointly bankrolling this project.

Sai Pallavi made a smashing debut in Tollywood with blockbuster film Fidaa in which she acted as a Telangana girl. She has gained a massive fan following with her Telangana slang alone. But of late, she has been stuck in a series of flops and isn’t able to get out of it.

She will be next seen in Virataparvam, which will be directed by Venu Udugula of Needi Nadi Oke Katha fame. The film was launched formally today, with a pooja ceremony. Rana Daggubati will be playing the lead role in it. We got an interesting update about Sai Pallavi’s role in this movie.

Apparently, she will be seen again as a Telangana girl in this movie. This time, she is acting as a Telangana based folk singer. The whole film will revolve around her character and the actress is hoping to score big this time, with this film. Virata Parvam will be produced jointly by Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri.

After a gap of more than a month, the shoot of SS Rajamouli’s RRR has resumed last Monday, in Hyderabad. One of the leads of the film, NTR will take part in this small action episode’s shoot. After that, a new schedule will start in Ahmedabad later this month in which other lead Ram Charan will take part. One of the lead actresses of the film, Alia Bhatt will also join the sets in that schedule.

Meanwhile, the makers of RRR announced that British actress Daisy Edgar Jones will act opposite NTR in the film. But she walked out of the project citing family issues. Since then, Rajamouli has been searching for a replacement and found none till now. Now, we heard that he is planning to go with an Indian actress itself
