After a successful film Viswaasam, Thala Ajith is back to the work mode again for his upcoming project. The star hero of Kollywood currently landed at Ramoji Film City for the shooting of his next film.

As per the latest buzz, Ajith will be reprising the role of Big B Amitabh Bachchan in the remake of Bollywood hit film Pink. Vinoth who earlier made his successful debut as a director with the film Khakee starring Karthi is the director of the movie. Boney Kapoor is producing the movie under his own banner.

The makers erected a special set at Ramoji Film City and the current schedule will happen at a length. Shraddha Srinath is playing Taapsee’s role in the movie.

Chiyaan Vikram is currently determined of scoring a big hit as his last few films failed to make an impressive mark at the box-office. The actor is now gearing up for another experiment in his career and his next film is titled as Mahavir Karna. The movie is going to be made on a huge budget.

Tipped to be a bilingual project, the film will be having a huge release in both Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. The makers already announced that the film will also get dubbed in in 32 Indian and international languages. The shooting of the movie is currently in progress and the makers erected a huge set at Ramoji Film City where they started shooting the Kurukshetra war episode.

RS Vimal is wielding the megaphone for this project. The makers are spending an amount of more than 300 crores on the movie.

Saaho is one of the costliest projects of South India currently and Prabhas is enjoying the shoot for the movie. Sujeeth who made his directional debut with the film Run Raja Run is working on the project. The movie is being made on a high budget of more than 300 crores. The film unit is currently filming the movie at Ramoji film city.

Interestingly, the makers are going to recreate Mumbai’s famous Bandra-Worli sea link in Ramoji Film City. This is going to be a major attraction for the entire movie and it is not so easy to get a replica of the same but the film’s art director Sabu Cyril is keen on accomplishing the task in style.

Apparently, a huge action sequence is being planned on the sea link and they could not get the permission to shoot the film in Mumbai. Hence, they are going to recreate it in Ramoji Film City.

Super Star Mahesh Babu is busy working on his 25th film titled as Maharshi. The movie is said to be an interesting one at the box office. The makers wanted to spend money without compromising anywhere as they want to make the film a prestigious one.

Meanwhile, the latest update from the film unit is that the makers are shooting the film currently in a giant village set specially elected in Ramoji Film City. The makers initially wanted to shoot the same in real locations but with the fear of crowds thronging on to the film’s sets, the makers decided to shoot the movie on the sets. They have apparently invested 8 crores to build this grand village set.

Mahesh Babu will play a role which will have different variations. Pooja Hegde is the leading lady in Maharshi. Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP are producing the film.

New shooting schedule of Naa Peru Surya has begun today in Ramoji Film City and it will continue till 14th of this month. They will shoot in different locations from tomorrow. The entire lead cast of the film will take part in the schedule. Only talkie part will be canned in this schedule

Writer turned director Vakkantham Vamsi has managed to impress Bunny and got a chance to direct him. Titled as Na Peru Surya, this flick has commenced its regular shooting a couple of days back. Currently, a big fight sequence has been canned in Ramoji Film City under the choreography of Ram-Lakshman masters. This sequence is designed in a very stylish way to match the body language of Allu Arjun.

The producer Lagadapati Sridhar stated that this particular fight sequence is very crucial in this flick. He is planning to release this movie on 27th of April, 2018 as a Summer blockbuster. Vishal-Sekhar duo is composing music for this flick.

The makers of Baahubali are very energized to begin the epic climax shoot of the film Baahubali The Conclusion. After much rehearsals and planning, the makers are getting into the toughest shooting stage of their film. Currently, the climax sequences of “Baahubali 2” are being shot at Ramoji Film City under the supervision of a Hollywood fight master who worked for many hit movies like “Planet Of The Apes”. Rajamouli is very excited to see how it shapes up. “Baahubali 2” is being made with a whopping Rs 300 Cr budget. The makers got financial assistance from some big names. And for the climax shoot alone, they are investing 35 crores.

Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Sathya Raj and Ramya Krishna will be involved in this climax shoot. Major shooting part will take place on these characters. “Baahubali The Conclusion” is expected to release on 14th April in 2017 in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil and Malayalam languages simultaneously.
