Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have finally tied the knot and the fans are extremely happy for them. It is known that the wedding of ‘DeepVeer’ took place at Lake Como, Italy as a close-knit affair.

Only, families and close friends of the duo graced their wedding that took place on 14th and 15th of this month in Konkani and Sindhi traditions. As per the latest reports, the power couple surprised all the guests who attended the wedding and showered their love with a return gift. Apparently, Deepika and Ranveer gifted a beautiful photo frame and also a thank you note to all their guests. Though we don’t know the cost of the gift, reports claim that they are expensive.

The newlywed couple is expected to have the first wedding reception to be held in Bangalore on November 21 and the other one will take place in Mumbai on December 1 to which the entire film fraternity is invited.

The sources from Bollywood reveal that the wedding will happen from 12th November to 16th November. The couple wanted to celebrate their wedding in a traditional style for five days. The wedding is going to be attended by the families of both the actors and some close mutual friends. It is heard that Arjun Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan received the wedding invitations from the couple.

Post the wedding, a grand reception will be thrown to the Bollywood celebrities in Mumbai.

We all know that the rumors about the wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have been making rounds on the internet for quite some time. There is news that the duo is going to get married by the end of this year and the preparations are on in full swing for the same. As per the reports, the two have already finalized their dream house and apparently, they have purchased two floors in the building where he currently resides with his parents.

Along with this, Deepika and her mother was recently spotted shopping for traditional jewelry in Bandra. There were speculations, that on the 32nd birthday of Deepika, both the families met and engagement has already completed. Ranveer’s parents, Anju Bhavnani and Jagjit Singh Bhavnani, had also presented gifts – including a Sabyasachi Saari and a diamond set- to Deepika on her birthday.

If the latest reports are to be believed, love birds DeepVeer (as the couple is lovingly called) wedding are all set to tie the knot in the next 3-4 months.

According to inside sources, Ranveer and Deepika’s parents have already met to finalize the wedding date. Apparently, Prakash and Ujjala Padukone flew down from Bengaluru to Mumbai last week for the same. After a long discussion at Deepika’s Prabhadevi residence, the couple and their parents went to dine at Four Seasons, Worli.

A source revealed that Ranveer and Deepika wanted a destination wedding, same as Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. However, Ranveer’s parents are keen that the ceremony takes place in Mumbai, as most of the relatives live in Mumbai and Delhi.

Apparently, Deepika is currently in London with Ranveer’s parents, and the trio has already started shopping for the big day. Interestingly, speculation was rife that Ranveer and Deepika were getting engaged in Sri Lanka on her birthday.
