Super Star Rajinikanth is celebrating his birthday today. The senior most actor on Indian screen has turned a year old, and his fans all over the world are can’t be happier than this. From the past few years, Rajinikanth has been staying away from celebrating his birthday, and he wanted to stay away from all sort of celebrations. But like every time, his fans have planned many events on this day. The actor is reportedly planning to stay away from these celebrations today too as he told his fans that entire Tamilnadu is mourning the death of Dr. J Jayalalithaa and this is not the time for celebrations.

Basha is Rajini’s Birthday Gift For Fans

Super Star Rajinikanth is currently busy with the shoot of his next film Robo 2.0 stars Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Akshay Kumar is all set to make his South Indian debut with the film, and he will be playing the baddie. Rajinikanth is said to be seen in three roles. He will be playing a scientist, Robo and another interesting role which was kept under wraps for now. Rajinikanth fans are all very excited about the film now and are waiting for the first look. The buzz is that a teaser will be released on December 12th on the birthday of Super Star Rajinikanth.

Super Star Rajinikanth, who turns 65 on 12th of December, has decided to cancel all his birthday celebrations this time, because of the floods that hit the Chennai, which left people in a lot of pain.

Rajinikanth, who is far away from grand celebrations, always does his birthday on a low note with his family. This time Rajini won’t be doing that too. The family, friends and his fans who thought of celebrating this birthday on a grand note, were all left a little disappointed as Rajni urged them to cancel the birthday celebrations as a mark of empathy towards the Chennai flood victims.

As present Rajnikanth is staying in Chennai and doing his bit to the flood affected victims. He cancelled his ‘Kabali’ shooting in Malaysia and returned home last week. He earlier announced a compensation of Rs10 Lakh to the victims.

On the other hand, ‘Robo2’ which shooting should take off on December 12th is also halted. Rajnikanth felt that this wouldn’t be a good time to launch his film, as people all over the Chennai are in pain grief.

Official! ‘Robo-2’ from December 12

Super Star Rajinikanth’s biggest blockbuster sci-fi film ‘Robo,’ that was released in 2010 is now undergoing the process of a sequel. This film is said to be the highest budget film in Indian Cinema. Director Shankar, who directed the first part, has finished the pre-production work and will begin the official shooting from this month. Regarding this, the producer Subaskaran Allirajah will make an official confirmation on December 12th on the eve of Rajinikanth birthday.

Amy Jackson could be the final heroine opposite Rajinikanth in ‘Robo-2.’ Rajini will play all the three characters from the first part, additional to this there are few other characters of Rajini that will be managed by the dupes.

A.R.Rahman who gave a scintillating music ‘Robo’ will once again score the music for the sequel. Hollywood makeup artist Sean Foot, who worked for “The Lord of the Rings series,” “Hercules” and “The Chronicles of Narnia, ” will be supervising Rajni’s look in the sequel.

Hollywood Super Star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is being rumoured of playing the antagonist, will be clarified of playing or no on December 12th.
