Hero Nithin’s new movie Srinivasa Kalyanam launched recently with an official pooja ceremony and the makers also released few pictures on its first day. The shooting of the film is progressing at full speed in Hyderabad. Actress Rashi Khanna is playing the female lead role opposite Nithin in this flick.

The film is said to be a family entertainer, and it is being directed by Sateesh Vignesa. Dil Raju is producing it. Now the latest news is that the film gets a release date and it will hit the big screens on 24th July 2018.

Young hero Nithiin and glam doll Megha Akash teamed up for the second time for a romantic entertainer titled as Chal Mohan Ranga. The film is certainly creating an interest in the audio singles. Two singles became instant hits, and the third one from the audio album was also out yesterday in Warangal. The song goes like, “Nuv Pedda Puli.. Lekka Gadithivi Ro.”

Thaman composed the music for this fast beat song. The makers released the single and expressed their confidence in the success of the same. The song was released in one of the engineering colleges in Warangal. After the event, the film unit is seen having dinner at a Dhaba. Nithiin posted the picture of the same on the social media.

Directed by Krishna Chaitanya, the film is a joint production venture of Pawan Kalyan, Sudhakar Reddy and Trivikram Srinivas. Trivikram also penned the story for the movie. The film hits the screens in the first week of April.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan turns a producer with Pawan Kalyan Creative Works banner – beginning it’s journey with Chal Mohan Ranga movie. Trivikram Srinivas, the director of Nithin’s Telugu Movie A Aa, had penned the script for Chal Mohan Ranga.

The High Court has canceled the criminal case that was charged against the hero Nithiin and his sister Nikitha Reddy in Malkajgiri court. The high court took this decision in connection with a petition charged by a buyer named Satyanarayana regarding the rights of the film Akhil. The petitioner alleged that Nithiin took Rs 50 lakh rupees advance from him and did not grant him the rights.

The petitioner filed the charges against Nithiin, his sister Nikitha Reddy, father Sudhakar Reddy and Shresth movies banner. Nithiin and his team have separately filed cases in the High court to cancel the case and the judge who enquired it finally cleared off all the criminal charges and called it as a civil case because of the dispute regarding checks.

Finally, the high court gave a sigh of relief for Nithiin.

Nithin is working with producer Dil Raju after a long gap of 14 years. The duo worked together for a superhit movie Dil. Now they are working on for a movie Srinivasa Kalyanam. The film is being directed by Satish Vegesna, who has earlier directed Sathamanam Bhavati under Dil Raju production house.

Earlier we heard several rumors that Young tiger Jr NTR will act in this flick, but finally, Nithin got this project. Now the filmmakers are looking for a heroine for this project, Samantha, and Anupama Parameswaran names in consideration but not yet confirmed officially.

The film is said to be a family entertainer, and it will hit the floors in next year, and it will be released in August 2018.

Story

A Satyam (Nithin Reddy) who always lies want some quick money and to settle in U. S. He lands in Vegas along with Chaitra (Megha Akash). Magician Padmanabham (Arjun) is the most wanted criminal for Central Intelligence and they seek way to track him down with the help of a suit. Things got mixed up and Satyam gets stuck in that problem and game between him and Padmanaabham starts. Why did he go to Vegas? What is that Suit? Why is he the most wanted criminal? What is that game between Satyam and Padmanaabham? Answers to these questions form the rest of the story.

Cast and performance

Nithin is superb as Satyam and this role is a makeover for him as an actor. He is good in action sequences, dances and he also looks good and new. Arjun is the biggest asset for the movie and he did superb job in his role and even dominated Nithin at times. Megha Akash is good as Chaithra and she did a fine job as an actor for her role and she looks good. Ravi Kishan is good in his role. Madhu is good in his humorous scenes. All other actors did super fine job for their roles.

Writing department

Plot of this lie is interesting and screenplay is written good and dialogues are good and situational. Hanu Raghavapudi did good job as a writer of the film.

Technical Departments

Songs composed by Mani Sharma are nice and are already trending on charts. He did superb job in composing background score and he lived upto his name he had for the background score. Cinematography by Yuvaraaj is superb and he had done superb job in shooting locations and scenes. Editing is crisp and is good in second half. Art department did fine job and action sequences are composed well. Production values are rich.

Lie is just a routine thriller but the way Hanu Raghavapudi handled the writing department and the way he set the premise, the way he introduced characters, the way he reveal the plot twists, the way he approached the scenes, the way he summed up or the way the justified the title stands out. Hanu Raghavapudi is a talent to watch out for among youth. His writing is the backbone of this lie which is supported by visioned execution and superb technicians and uncompromising producers. This may be the best spy thriller for this year and it is a superb ride for those who watch spy thrillers and it will be a confusing ride for normal audience in B & C centres. This movie runs on the villain and his character is written so well and there are enough twists to keep audience hooked to screen and Lie is a good movie which lack commercial elements which we see in regular commercial movies.
