This morning, he shared his workout pictures and stated, “A few months back, I had a bad shoulder injury. Soon after that, my hand got burnt. Lef with no choice, I took rest without any workouts. Soon, I gained a lot of weight. Realizing the fact, I hit the gym a couple of months back.”
Actor Nithiin took a long gap after the failure of Srinivasa Kalyanam. He rested for more than eight months until he started shooting for his next, Bheeshma. This long gap made Nithiin go out of shape and he gained a lot of weight. But soon, he shed all the kilos and got back into the perfect shape now.
“After a lot of effort, I was able to lose 12 kilos in two months. I thank my trainer Vamshi for guiding me with proper diet plan and workout plan which helped me improved my mind and body and eventually brought back my potential,” he further added.
